Description of Work: T&S Roofing did a complete re-roof on my house and attached flat roof. In addition they replaced some large wood beams and joists on the back porch and added a layer of plywood over my flat roof- both of which I contracted with them separate from the cost of the roof. I also had them add straps to the roof joists in hopes of increasing the amount of hurricane insurance mitigation I would be eligible for. The experience began when I contacted them after researching them with Angie's List and was given an estimate by Olman Quesada. Olman was very knowledgeable and had ready answers to all my questions including pictures of similar jobs via his IPad. After I contracted with them Troy Davis took over as my main point of contact and was readily available after the job began. I believe you only really get to know a company when something on the job doesn't meet your satisfaction and I was very pleased with this company. One of the large beams they replaced was cut a bit short in my estimation and there were some nails that missed the mark on the flat roof. After investigating they agreed to replace the beam with a new one and came and cut the protruding nails. They also added a couple of roofing vents for my bathroom fans that were discussed with Olman, but were not in the original contract with no objections whatsoever. In general I was very pleased with T&S and would (and have) recommended them to friends and colleagues.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND THEY STUCK TO IT. THEY WERE FINISHED IN THE TIME FRAME THAT WAS ALSO QUOTED. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY WERE DONE AND THEY HAULED THE DEBRIS AWAY FOR US.
