Avoid Swings and Sheds at all costs. This man agreed to assemble a Swingset for us a week ago. He agreed to 10% off the price he initially quoted. He confirmed he would perform the job last Friday. When he didn't show up on time, we called to find out where he was. He then delayed until Saturday. On Saturday, he texted us saying he needed to rest and that he couldn't take the job after all. He referred another company to us, but of course it was too late to get it done prior to Christmas. After going back & forth with him, he agreed to assemble it on Monday, only if we paid full price. Since we had no other options, we agreed. On Sunday, he once again delayed, this time until Tuesday. Today we texted him to confirm for tomorrow and now he tells us that he needs to look out for his own family too and is taking multiple smaller jobs to make more money instead of taking the time to complete our one bigger job, as he promised. This man is unreliable, unprofessional and dishonest. Do not trust him!!! He is a con artist who doesn't care about his customers.
Description of Work: Swing set installation never performed. Cancelled on is multiple times.

They were extremely professional and organized. They brought a table and laid all the parts out and quickly but efficiently put together the Swingset.

It went great Hugo came early and got right to work by the afternoon the shed was built and also gave me a hand in finishing puttin up my carport that was missing a few hings here and there. Great service and would highly recommend

We purchased a fairly big swing set and Swings and Shed built it in two days. They did a flawless job. They were here on time and finished when they said they would. I also liked that they cleaned up after themselves and I am very pleased with their work and professionalism. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We ordered our play set from an online company. The company we ordered from didn't provide installation services. Through an online search I found swings and sheds. I called them and they promptly answered all my questions. I explained to them that my playset would be delivered on such date and that I would need it installed within a certain time frame so we wouldn't have boxes laying all over our yard. Swings and Shed made sure they could accommodate me and installed our swing set in two days.

This job was one of those unfortunate situations where the customer though she was entitled to more service than originally agreed upon, The model of the shed was an ARROW HOMESTEAD, one of the more sturdy and complicated models to assemble she was quoted 350 for assembly and securing the shed to the concrete floor and 500 if she wanted to have the floor raised. As a person of limited income the customer chose the first option, but noticed that water was sipping in from under the shed once the job was completed , upon being reminded that the floor needed to be raised to solve this problem and that she needed to buy the plywood materials needed, she became very upset and simply could not be reason with, instead, she resorted to threats of a bad review if I didn't complete the job exactly the way she wanted, meaning she wanted me to buy the materials, I caulked the bottom of her shed as best as possible at no extra charge but she was still very upset, she was an older lady, very likely living on limited income ,who was forced by the city to purchase this expensive model in order to comply with their Hurricane codes, I provided the best service possible for the initial payment, unfortunately, she still felt taken advantage of resulting in she letting out her frustrations by giving me a bad review, More reviews and pictures of my work can be seen in FACEBOOK Swings and Sheds page in Miami, 786-473-2846
