Evelio came to my house, measured and gave me an estimate of both time and money. He gave me the same rate as another Angie's List provider. However, the difference was that he was immensely knowledgeable as to the type of wood, and heard me out, asked me questions about the type of color and shine I wanted. The other guy prescribed what I was to do, insisting on lacquer. I appreciate Evelio and his team's love for what they do. It was 900 square feet of wood floors, which they did in three days. I popped in on them during lunch each day, and was truly impressed with the level of detail and pride they took in every step. Artists at work! A week later, another company came to do re-enamel a bathtub and the paint spray landed over a piece of the wood flooring they didn't cover very well. Evelio and his team came back and did a fine sanding and recoating of the damaged piece for a nominal price. Again, it was like watching artists dismayed that someone had ruined their art! An impressive and hard working crew, who truly put their heart into their work and care about their customers.
