When I first signed up with Support Mart it was supposed to be for 1 year, however, I was billed for 2. I had to call them to get that changed and the difference in the amounts refunded. After that, I was billed 3 additional times for amounts ranging from $150, $250 and $300. I had to spend a lot of my time contacting them via phone and email to get the erroneous charges reversed. Each time these charges occurred, they wouldn't admit that they had billed me. And each time, in the the end, they finally acknowledged the mistake. They NEVER could explain to me why this was happening. The tech support you get is based in India.As far as the tech support goes...It varied from tech to tech. Some techs were difficult to understand. Others took a long time to work on a problem until they finally had to get another tech to finish the job.
