They were prompt and showed up when the promised. They came to remove the driveway however when they went to remove the debris their truck broke down and the crew spent the day lieing in front of house. They failed the intial permitting inspection as they did not use the right material for base. The inspector told me they should know better about the size fo the rock. They of course said the inspector didnt know what he was talking about All of these delays led to us having no driveway during the christmas holidays. They broke the sprinkler lines that were under the driveway. They had the audacity to say the lines were running through the concrete. As I was there when they pured the original driveway I know this not to be true.They also quoted a price for permitting but then gave us a bill for $300 more. When they finally poured the driveway and did the stamping, the work was terrible. Previously the pattern had crisp edges to the borders of the "patterned blocks" and the stone appeared "real". They had sloppy edges with obvious concrete excess. The stampings were similiar but their color highling had no authenticity to it. While they were working on the driveway the UPS man arrived and he walked all over the driveway. I dont understand how they 1) could let this occur 2) not repair the concerete immediately while it was still wet. They left us with footprints in the driveway taking NO responsibility. They came back a few days later and sanded and painted the foorpronts to make them less noticeable, but they are still quite obvious. I told Julio the manager for our job I was disappointed with the work he told me it was beautiful and that the edges shouldnt be straight. He told me I didint know what I was talking about When I asked for an estimate to repair as I was going to approach UPS about having the work repaired. (They had some responsibility also as their were yellow tape around driveway) he refused because I would not say his work was beautiful. He asked more than once to tell him the work was good. In the end he became very angry and nasty. They came with good recommendations but I would never ever recommend them
