Perfectly. I called on Monday and they came today (Thursday) and the job was done in just over an hour by one person. I have been lifting the garage door for years and decided the offer was too good to turn down. It wasn't the Liftmaster model I wanted but they got the one I wanted, with installation for the same price. Very happy!

Professional service man, showed up on time. I accidentally purchased one roller-replacement deal on Angie's List, but have 2 garages. The serviceman came and looked at my garage and said that I didn't need new rollers, as mine were in good condition on both garages. He did want to rewire the coil, though on both, and run a full diagnostic. Despite my error, they only charged me a few extra dollars for the work. It was about 60-75 minutes of work on 2 garages, total $150

The serviceman was prompt, new what he was doing and very nice. So I decided to have him come to my home also to fix my garage door at home which had never worked. In no time and for a reasonable price he had it fixed and programed a new automatic clickers.

This was the easiest repair/ maintenance that I have had ever! I bought a Big Deal and entered 3 possible dates. Paul wrote me an e-mail the following day with one of the 3 dates and I confirmed. Carlos arrived on the day at the time and performed the service. Carlos was super professional A+. What can I say, but that I am shocked at how great this company is! I will hire them for all of my garage door needs and you should, too. You won't be disappointed!

The garage door is working much smoother now. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. The technician was very polite and professional. Unfortunately his English was limited and communicating with him was difficult. There was additional work I wanted done (not part of the "big deal"), but I don't feel he was able to communicate that information to his office. I do plan on using them again in the future.

Everything went great. They were on time, professional, cleaned up and did not try to up sell you on anything else. Very happy with the service and company.

Excellent experience. Technician (Oscar Ruiz) arrived as promised. However, I inadvertently gave my existing home address instead of the home that needed attention. It was not an issue for Oscar who promptly followed me to the correct home without any complaint. Fortunately, my other home is in a nearby neighborhood. After explaining the home being serviced was being re-occupied after 5 years of being empty due to Chinese drywall, Oscar totally reviewed the condition on the 3 car garage door mechanisms and operation. He also reprogrammed my old remotes and I purchased 2 additional remotes. I could not be happier with the outcome and I highly recommend Super Garage Doors to any potential future customers. Changed old rollers and oiled all areas. It went well. The door was noisy for a couple of days, but then it operated smoothly with no strident noises. The technician (Colombian) was great. He was patient and explained every thing in detail.

It took a little over an hour, but the technician (a real professional) fixed the track for the garage door, replaced some rollers and voila - everything has worked fine ever since.

Carlos did an excellent job. Answered my questions. Took time to see that everything was right. On his first visit he told me what was needed. He did not try to sell me a complete new door as techs. from two other companies had. Carlos checked that the door was up to code as I had been told by one of the other companies that the door was too old. John/Juan in the office made the appointment specific to my work schedule and Carlos, the technician was waiting outside when I arrived for the appointment., which was made for two days after contacting the office It was a nice surprise to obtain an appointment so quickly and have the technician arriving a few minutes earlier than scheduled. Carlos worked on tuning the garage door, adjusting the tracks, the hp motor and replaced four of the twelve rollers to the garage door. the tune up took almost an hour. Carlos was professional, took his time and was thoroughly and did minor extra tweaks. The garage door repair has made the door much more quiet and the door doesn't stop mid cycle when closing the door. I will use Super Garage Doors in the future and am impressed with the service. It was definitely worth the blitz offer of $119.00

Somebody from the company called me, same day I bought the service special, set up an appointment for the service to be performed. The serviceman came on time, did the work on time and did a professional Job. Called me after the work was done and explained to me what he did, tested the system before asking for the payment. .Very satisfied with the work done.
