I was very pleased with their services and the results of their work. They showed up exactly on time & were very thorough and diligent in their work. Quite a good team, in fact. I hired them through one of the special deals on Angie's List. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

A true family business is how I would describe Chem-Dry. While performing their services, I had the opportunity to meet Gus, his wife and two of their kids. I felt completely comfortable giving them complete access to my house. As a little back story, I recently purchased this house. The prior owners had three dogs. The grout throughout most of the house was dark brown, almost black. Disgusting to say the least. Gus started at seven in the morning and did not finish till 6:30 p.m. His entire family pitched in to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, the job was done right. Once they were done, it was like a new house. The grout regained its original color and limestone, which was previously black, was now white. Throughout the process Gus was courteous, timely and knowing I had recently purchased the house was willing to work with me on the price. Would definitely recommend.

A young couple runs this business. They did an okay job. They were punctual, friendly, and hard working.

They ended up not doing the job, because when the guy came out to look at the carpets he basically did not think that he could get them cleaned. So I had to pay for the minimum charge that they cleaned an area of a rug and they did a great job. I had them come to give me a quote to clean the entire upstairs of the home. There is about 2000 square feet of carpet. When they got here and looked at the carpet, they did not feel like they could really clean it or it would be worth it. So, there was a minimum charge of them coming here, I had to pay $75 and they just cleaned an area of a rug for me. My experience with them was good. They were honest and upfront with me. They did not take my money and do a bad job, they told me upfront that they really could not get it done.

I was so impressed with what they did. We had some small pieces, one was a turkish hand done wool carpet. They took them and brought them back on the date we said we had to have them and the carpets look brand new. I was thrilled. They could not have done a better job.
