Excellent. I am very satisfied with their work, our dinning chairs are upholstered in a very fine fabric, they did an awesome job dry cleaning them. Also cleaned our family room sofa and results were very good. Very punctual, professional and at reasonable rate. I strongly recommend them and of course will use them again.

They evaluated the carpet and said it had urine stains. With 8 cats that is not surprising. They quoted $110.00 but demanded another $90.00 because of the urine stains. I told them to proceed and not worry about the urine stains. Apparently they feared I would not keep my word to not hold them accountable so they declined to provide the service. I tore my rooms apart to get ready for the cleaning with nothing to show for it. I would never recommend these people for carpet cleaning.

I scheduled an appointment with them. The morning of the appointment, I called to confirm. It was then they told me their truck was broken. I rescheduled. Things happen. This morning they were supposed to be here by 10 am. At 10 am, I hadn't heard from them. I called them at 10:15, I called them to ask when they would be here. I had to cancel because I was frustrated and I have to go to work.

Very happy with service and quality of work. Wife and husband owned company and did the work. Very punctual and professional. I felt comfortable and safe having them come into my home. Their work was clean and thorough. I would recommend this company and call them again.

I bought ugly kitchen tiles 1 1/2 years ago ... holey stone with groves. Now it looks like brand new! So happy. Upholstery turned out well too. Will definitely call Sunshine ChemDry next year to clean again - so worth it. They were extremely responsive and accommodating.

Gus and Patty did an excellent job in restoring the kitchen tiles. Needed to spruce them up as I am selling my home. They came and gave an estimate and I hired them to do the job within a few days. They arrived on time and went right to work. Gus and Patty are really very nice and friendly people and they are hard workers too. I would highly recommend them for any tile cleaning and they also cleaned all my bedroom carpets and did a good job there also. When you hire them you will not be disappointed.

It was so excellent, on time, beautiful job, very fair price, I wouldnt call anyone else.

The workers are a couple, family oriented, they showed a little late but called to let me know that they were finishing up a job and were on their way. When they arrived the work began right away, vacuumed the sofa and love seat, and started with the cleaning. At completion, my sofas looked new and the drying time was fast. I was very pleased with the job done, they did not waste anytime, very much business like yet concern about how my response for the done. They were so good that I made arrangements for them to come back and clean my tiles and grout throughout my downstairs which turned out great. I am very pleased..

Sunshine Chem-Dry was professional, responsive and punctual. I received a thorough explanation of the services that were going to be performed and the results that I could expect. They cleaned a sofa, 2 club chairs and a bench that I'm embarrassed to admit my dog sometimes uses as wee-wee pads and mud runs. The results were more than amazing! I can't believe how clean my furniture looks. Thank you Sunshine Chem-Dry, you more than exceeded my expectations!!!!!

I was very pleased with the quality of service. The results were very good. However, they were late both to give an estimate and on the day of the service. In addition, the performance of the service took quite a bit longer than they first estimated.

Gus and Patty were professional, punctual, courteous and did a great job. The results were fantastic. I found out that they also do tile and grout cleaning and have them scheduled to do the work this Friday. I highly recommend their services.

Outstanding job, carpets look great.

When the grout was cleaned it was clear some of the paint had been removed. Gus (the owner) told me what we needed to do to make the floor look good as new and quoted me a price for that -- reasonable price. The job was completed the same day. I would use this company again and again. Very pleasant and knowledgeable people.

They showed up on time and were very responsive to all my questions about the carpet cleaning process. Since my carpet had not been cleaned is quite a while they recommended a restoration cleaning. They were very careful when moving my furniture around to clear the carpet for cleaning. They spent about an hour or so making sure my carpet looked new. Over all they did a very good job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
