Description of Work: It took a long while to schedule the appointment, partly because of miscommunication on my part. When Gus came to my home he did a test on the floor. Unfortunately there were issues with the grout and the job could not be performend. However, Gus was very honest and professional, and I would recommend him, based on this fact.

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 full sofas, and two love seats. They performed a systematic deep-cleaning method that was fast drying. Their conduct was professional and courteous. While it is a family business, company attire, such as t-shirts, would confirm identity and would enhance a more professional look. The only problem was when they confirmed a date and were unable to perform the job; the job had to be rescheduled.

Description of Work: Cleaned grout. It went very well. It is a mom and pop company so they are not available the next day. However they come out when they say, and are very cordial. My floor looks much better and I am happy I used this company.

Description of Work: Hi It is a husband-wife team. They came right on time and did the cleaning in a perfectly professional matter. The carpet was really dirty but they took pains to clean and remove all the stains etc. I am really very satisfied, undoubtedly an A+ service.
