Matt was a no call, no show. Very disappointing. After confirming the job by phone and text, he never showed up. He also did not respond to my attempt to reach him.

When Matt first arrived at my apt he wasn't prepare and didn't had any tools so he left after 2 hours. I got a deal for 4 hours of handyman services for $175. He return the next day for 1 hour and left. Also, he was charging more than what the deals said.

Matt was a professional and responsive. Did the projects we needed done in an expeditious manner and never overpromised and underdelivered. Need more folks like him down in South Florida. Would work with again and I certainly plan on recommending him to others that need help around the house. And finally, in a COVID world, he was mindful of being in someone else's space, wore a mask and generally maintained a low footprint which was greatly appreciated.

On a referral from someone in my community I called Matt Construction for an estimate on a bath room remodel. His estimate was extremely competitive and on meeting him I decided that he was very honest and committed to doing a great job. He is a very nice and low key guy who solves problems with ease which minimizes stress and expense. He is great about giving ideas and advice on how to best design and carry out the project. He followed up on the job just as he said he would and was in constant contact and communication along the way. The job was completed well within the estimated time and came out beautiful. I have nothing but good things to say about Matt’s honesty, quality of work and competitive prices. He applies the same commitment to quality and client satisfaction whether it is a big job or a quick handyman fix. As a GC/handyman being willing and able to do all size jobs makes him even more valuable. I look forward to hiring him again for other projects and urge anyone needing construction services of any type to give him a call.

Very pleased to have found Matt. He was quick to respond to my solicitation and set up a walkthrough after our first conversation. I had an odd flooring issue that was driving us crazy, he said it was indeed odd and that he would need to do some troubleshooting. We set an appointment for the work and he arrived on time. He was able to determine and resolve my issue and did several other jobs around the house. He is knowledgeable, skilled and courteous. Will be hiring again soon. Thanks.

Matt has extremely poor communication skills and no consideration for his customers' time. He subcontracted the work out, so I can't speak directly to his handyman skills but I can definitely tell you he is far from a professional. I really hope the sub didn't have to share any of the payment with Matt. Matt does not keep his word and takes absolutely no accountability for his poor behavior. Be warned!!!!

Matt worked twice on my apartment. First time he completely renovated the apartment from the ground up (new fllors, new kitchen, new bathrooms) anything you can think of. He was great, easy to work with. Attentive to details. Etc. i hired Matt again to replaint the apartment and fix some minor issues 2 years later and he provided the same great service
