Matt and his father did an excellent job and even though half of my kitchen had to be taken apart due to a flood, they were very careful with my things and also did a good job of cleaning up and putting the kitchen back together when the job was done. They advised a certain approach, but if I wanted something done a little differently and it made sense to all involved, they went along with it. They are both very creative as far as how to fix a problem and the work turned out to be less involved than we had thought, so the price went down, and I thought it was completely fair. Their work area spread out to most of the living space in my condo, but I felt more like I had friends over helping me than strangers.

This is rental property for me and I live 300 miles away so I needed someone who was honest and dependable and Matt is both!

The process couldn't have gone better. There wasn't a problem that Matt couldn't find a solution for. He and his team found ways to improve the look of my design based on their experience with minimal cost. Matt was professional, courteous and amazingly very clean. He kep the area clean everyday, and was very conscious of the fact I lived in a condo and was sure to keep the common areas clean. A neighbor who designs kitchen and baths for home depot looked over the project each night and commented on how well they were doing things and what a quality job was being put in. Matt is a hard worker who truely goes above and beyond and the final results reflect his dedication. I would definitely hire himfor future projects.

He was on time and did a very good job. He was professional, responsive and his pricing was fair as well. He also cleaned up once the job was done. The quality of his work was good and I was satisfied with his service.

Everything went very smooth. Matt was very easy to reach on his mobile phone, we set up a time for the estimate, He showed up on time (rare thing here in miami) he called me before he started any work and gave me a quote, the work was done the same day and at the price he promised me.

Matthew was easy to work with. Returned calls quickly, punctual, easygoing personality, great communication. When I added to his scope part way through the job he gave me a very reasonable upcharge that was less than i would have expected under the circumstances. Drywall patching and paint was very nice.

From start to finish, Matt was responsive. He called me back immediately and promptly visited to provide a quote. He did high quality work, was punctual and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him as high value worker who can be counted on to get the job done well. When I need additional work in my remodeling, I will call him.

there were 3 separte jobs on separate dates. What most impresses me about Matt is the quality of his work. He takes pride in the work that he does and although sometimes it is hard to get him to come, because he so busy, when he does a job it is top quality. In order to install the cooktop, it was necessary to do some framing and to do the gas fittings - no leaks. The fit of the bedroom was impressive, even though it is not yet painted. Both tv's look beautiful on their swivel brackets.

Matt did a careful and thorough job on time, and was accommodating to my schedule. The final cost was slightly higher than estimated, but only because of some extra work not originally included in the estimate.

I needed my drywall patched in two walls following a flood in my condo. He was professional, very polite and gave me a fair price. He stuck to the original estimate even though he did more work than planned, but after nudging him, he charged me $15 more-very fair. Because of the flood, I will need to take out a large portion of my kitchen wall...remove cabinets, marble, and put in new 'mold-resistant/proof' drywall. He is also willing to take on this job and I will report how that goes. I called him on a Wednesday and he arrived to do the work two days later, so that was extremely helpful. My only slight complaint is that I called him to talk for 5-10 min. the day before to confirm and also let him know there might be more of a problem than earlier anticipated, and he was in the middle of something at the time and said he would call me back. He did call me back, but it was several hours later. That small issue aside, I would definitely recommend him based on this first experience.

Overall, I think Matt did an excellent job.

They did a great job and everyone comments on our deck! He worked incredibly fast-even on weekends-since the person living in the cottage had to move out because of the extent of the work. There were so many curve balls tossed his way-from shoddy electrical wiring (which we didn't know about beforehand) to a ceiling needing insulation, etc.-and he could handle all of them. He was always responsive, pricing was more than reasonable, and we keep calling him for all of the additional work we need done on our house. Highly recommended.

Matt is a nice guy. He knows what he's doing and is easy going and pleasant to work with. I'm planning some additional work with him-he's going to replace several fans and other fixtures throughout the house.

It turned out great. I live in New York, so I was not there at the time, although we met for an initial appointment. Matt went in did what he had to do. He kept in touch with me through e-mails, which was nice. I then checked out the work after it was done, and everything was great. The price was very reasonable. He was very trusting. I would definitely use him again in the future and would recommend him to others.

The work was done professionally and looks good. Matthew and his assistant spent the better part of a full day doing this work, bought lumber, and some hardware I did not have. He had to remove the old molding and create a brand new one so the top deadbolt and surface bolt had wood to receive them. The wood had to be sanded and stained.
