Description of Work: Gave Matt the plans by email to remodel a 1,200s/f apt. In Miami beach. He came to the apt. With an iPad. Trying to figure out the plans, few days later I receive by email an $80,000 estimate for labor only. No explanation or nothing. $80,000 I can do the job he wrote. $ 80,00 for labor only is simply absurd.

Description of Work: I contacted Super Contractor Matt for an Bathroom renovation. He told me he will be over the next day in the afternoon. When I gave him my address (via email), I also mentioned - if for any reason he was not able to come, he should give me a call. He never showed or called!!! And this is one of your highest rated contractors!!!

Yet his listing clearly states: Service AreaPortions: Of Miami Dade County, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Portions Of South Miami, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Aventura, Golden Beach, Hollywood, Portions Of Ft. Lauderdale. My job is in Aventura, 20 minutes from south beach- My job is a kitchen remodel and other GC work needed. What a waste of time calling guys like this who don't care to update their company information, thereby wasting peoples time. Angies List is supposed to weed out this type of stuff.

Description of Work: I made an appointment three weeks in advance for a Saturday, for a price on having my porch re-framed and screened. Matt was a no call, no show. I called his business number 30 minutes after he was supposed to show up and left a message. I was never called back.

Description of Work: Matt patched drywall; installed bathroom vent; painted; mounted TV to wall. Overall did a really nice job and cleaned up very nicely.

Description of Work: I needed a lot of work done and interviewed various contractors. Matthew was very professional from the moment I contacted him on the phone. He personally answered my phone call and set up the appointment. He seemed well experienced with what we needed to have done. I hired Matt because I was comfortable with him and felt he would do the best job. Matt completely remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. Demolition, all new framing, walls, drywall, marble/tiles, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, countertops, backsplash, floor and paint. After we began to demo we encountered many hidden problems but we did not have to worry because Matt knew what to do. He was aware of all the aspects of construction. It was a tough job with a lot of complexities but Matt was there every step of the way from the beginning to the end. Now I have the kitchen and bathroom I have always wanted and dreamed of. I am glad I hired him and would highly recommend his services to everyone. He really goes the extra mile for his customers.

Description of Work: Matt, called back immediately and came the next day extremely punctual. he put together furniture i bought at IKEA. Great, fast and good!

Description of Work: Called him, left message. He called back 2 days later, I explained what I needed, said he would come in a couple of days. That was 3 weeks ago, still haven't heard from him.

Description of Work: Replaced hole in cabinet; painted part of the living room, repaired part of the living room, replaced moldings, painted part of the bedroom, replaced 4 1'x1' tiles in shower.
