I found this company on Craig's list and expected the usual Craig's list flakiness; however, Aaron told me to email him photos and that he'd go by to spec out the job either that day or the next. Sure enough, the following day, he called and said he would be there in 10 minutes and that if we wanted, he could do the job that day. Ordinarily, I am one to hem and haw before making a decision, but his price was so good and the turnaround was so fast, I jumped on it. Within 45 minutes, he had a crew at the house. They were all very courteous and professional. They even hung drop cloths over the windows to keep them from getting dirty! What particularly impressed me was that they were very careful to avoid the water lines. Aaron showed us an area where he left some root system behind because it was too close to the water pipes that feed our sprinkler system. He said it would degrade on its own by the time we were ready to start our patio project. They left the front yard in great condition - we are ready for our patio project WAY ahead of schedule thanks to Aaron and his crew! I called him at 4pm the night before and by 2pm the following day our job was complete. Totally painless!
