They did an excellent job. Three men moved fast, were very through and did an excellent job.

I had arranged for my carpet to be cleaned. The advertised deal was not available as I live on the eighth floor, but Stainless Steemer merely added a small surcharge in order to come upstairs. I had to be in the hospital before the carpets could be cleaned, but the service worked with my cousin, so that the job was done before I returned home. My cousin needed to fly out because of the snowstorm in the Northeast and arranged with Stainless Steemer to come the morning she had to leave. They took care of the work in a timely and excellent manner.

The team were incredibly professional and efficient. Before beginning the work, they placed safeguards on the walls to avoid any damage from the hoses and when they were done, they cleaned up and left everything immaculate. Would definitely recommend the services!

They did not show up on the day they were supposed to come. When I called ,I was told that somehow the appointment was not entered into the computer. They wanted to reschedule. They said they would come the next day. I said that would be fine. I arranged to have someone here on that day. No one showed up again! I did not call them because two missed appointments was enough for me to know I would not use them. When they appeared on the next day, I was caught completely off guard. I told them since they did not show up on the first and second day we had agreed on, I did not want to continue with them and that I had hired someone else. I think they have a real problem with their scheduling. I have no idea if they do good work because they were so unreliable, I never had a chance to find out.
