He did a great job. Cleaned floor tile grout. He stuck to the quote he gave me up front. I asked him about cleaning the tiles in my bathroom and he advised me that they didn't really need to be done. He also cleaned a wool rug for me to clear up some animal accidents. He was very upfront that the cleaning might not totally remove the odor that causes them to continue marking, and he was right. He also redid some cement grout on my counters and resealed them. He took the time to educate me about cement grout and that it breaks down faster than other types. The sealing he applied helped slow the break down process so it lasted a bit longer than before. All of these projects took him longer than he had anticipated but was happy to finish up without charging me for additional time. Very happy with the over all experience and would hire again.

Henry and his partner did a wonderful job. Henry came out first, looked over what I wanted done and then contacted me later on the next week with an estimate. Henry was also very honest when reviewing what I wanted done. Some areas he said I could wait on for a little longer, that they were not that bad. Henry and his partner were on time and the job took approximately the time he had estimated. They were very professional and friendly. Henry also advised me on how to keep the tile more clean in the future, along with the carpet in the living room as I have a few pets. My tile looked much better after they were finished. A few of my neighbors have now come over and commented on how the tile looks almost brand new now and very clean. I would highly recommend Steam It for any tile, floor cleaning, furniture cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc.
