We contacted them and we also made a downpayment to secure the appointment. They never showed up nor texted or called us and now they're unreachable too.

Miss [Member Name Removed], we are grown people. There’s no reason to LIE about what we spoke about. We gave you your deposit BACK when we cancelled with you and now, I’m glad we did not work with you because we are not a problematic company. We also have a screenshot of the zelle account showing we sent you your deposit back. Our job is to be fair. Weathers change here in Florida and our team will not fulfill your shellfish ways and put our staff life in jeopardy. Thank you for your response, but we do not respect your response because of the lies. We kept in contact with you as we should do to make sure we both agreed on everything. Have a nice day. Hope you enjoyed cleaning out your place by yourself and your husband .
