The service was quick, professional and reasonably priced. We had a party right after the service and red wine spilled on the sofa and carpet. To our surprise we were able to remove the stains completly!!

Daniel arrived at the appointed time and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He honored the price that he gave us on the phone and did not start adding on fees like other cleaners do.

We had a HUGE, horrible red/orange stain from a jar of baby food that literally flew across our living room. We thought that the light beige carpeting would never be the same. I spoke with Daniel in the morning, and he made arrangements to come that very same day to help us with our emergency. He and his father were extremely friendly, they arrived right on time, and they worked efficiently until the stain had lifted completely! Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience and SPOT-TEC GROUP'S SERVICE ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. You can trust these people in your home, and that means a lot!!!
