First of all they were very fast : they gave me an estimate on the phone, then 2 days later they were at my home to perform the cleaning of my sofas. I was very impressed they were right on time, which is really rare here in Miami. They were very professional and explained me everything they were doing. At the end, the result was impeccable ! I'm highly satisfied with this company and absolutely recommend it to anyone who has upholstery to clean. Nice pros, excellent work. Well done Spot Tec Group !

VERY professional and courteous crew. Received an immediate call back from Daniel and he was able to give me a quote over the phone for two rooms to be cleaned. Crew came out the next morning and did the job in a timely fashion. Had used Stanley Steamer for 18 years and will NEVER go back to using them after finding Daniel and his crew.

This job was for living room furniture upholstery cleaning, a couch, loveseat, and large ottoman. The upholstery was quite soiled and they worked very hard cleaning it to their satisfaction (and mine too). They were prompt, professional, courteous, and very hard working. I would certainly hire them again and I recommend them highly.

I Initially hired DND carpet cleaning which was a disaster. Expensive, late and lousy job. On single guys showed up when normally 2 are required and I had to help him! So I hired Spot-Tec after reading the great reviews and they showed up on time, did a sample test for me and finished the work as per my expectations. I was very pleased and they saved the day!

They missed the appointment and had to come when I was not at the residence. Spoke to them on the phone about what followup was needed to take care of the cleaned rugs.
