I wasn't very pleased with the pool service. They regularly charge for chemicals without providing a valid reason. They are supposed to come out regularly and sometimes they don't. They spend little time in the house, and I just feel that it is a poor job they have performed when they leave. I feel they are lacking in various aspects that the job entails.
Description of Work: They perform weekly maintenance and cleaning for my outdoor swimming pool. The pool is 10 x 15. They also maintain and service the cleaning pump and motor.

We have had them for a few years and they come and do what they are supposed to do when they are scheduled.
