Called Ray when a possum found its way inside my home. He was in the area and offered to come by, take a look and give me options for removal. When he arrived he offered the option of a trap or I could wait to see if the critter worked his way back the way he came in. Not wanting to risk it getting stuck on the way out, I asked it be removed immediately -- Ray didn't hesitate. Quick and easy and the possum was caught and removed without an issue. I will hopefully never have to call him for critter removal ever again - but would do it in a minute if I had to. Excellent service.

Failed to show up for 2nd treatment

Ray and his partner were very professional, timely and effective. In 2 weeks they eliminated the German roach invasion we had tried to get rid of for several months. Be warned. They are not cheap.

Quick scheduling and servicing

Their representatives were very nice responded promptly but we are responding for rodents and did not have bait traps for 4 days I thought it a bit unusual for a company in that line of business.

They came to remove bees and destroyed my exterior stucco wall in the process, causing me to have to hire a licensed stucco repair company to fix the damage. I went with this company that cost more thinking they knew what they were doing, my mistake. They do not k is how to remove bees without causing a lot of damage. Do yourself a favor and make sure you hire a professional bee removal company.

Instead of trapping 2 racoons they spray something that they guaranteed to keep them out of the property. When informed them that it did not work, twice they told me they were coming to set traps. They never called or showed up. They kept my payment.
