Friendly and quick service

Unreliable, did not keep up with the contract.

I paid $ 980.00 for a termite control treatment whereby they came to my house to inject gas inside the walls to kill a termite infestation. The job included one year of follow-up service if more termites were found. A few months after the treatment I found more termites. I called the company and explained the issue. After that I received a response from the office telling me that a technician would contact me. I did receive a text message from a technician and arranged for him to come by the next day. However he was a no show and after that I never heard back from the office. Very poor follow up service. This company is quick to get the initial payment for the service, but does not follow up or cares to provide good service or honor their commitment after the first visit.

I´m not happy with this service, the guy was supposed to be here on Friday and is Wednesday and nobody came to do the job, and I already paid the service.

Waiting to see the results but they came in and placed venum for rats on my attic. Closed any totential openings. This was done last week. Will check attic again in about a month to see how it looks and be tentative to any noise.
