Did a great job the first time but when I called back a few months later due to termite activity no one answered the phone or replied to my text. After several months of calling and texting, they finally came by, took a look, and said they would return with the proper chemicals to spray the attic. Needless to say that never happened! They did not spray the attic and after many many more texts and calls several months later a guy came and sprayed in the bathroom wall and kitchen door. I still have termite activity and I continue to text and call. When they finally answer they claim they will come and never do! This has been going on for over a year! I referred them to a family member and she is experiencing the same problem! This is ridiculous!!! UPDATE: poor follow put. Changing the rating to 2.5 stars!

I looked up Homeadvisor for termite control services and saw Southern SS with high recommendations. I called them and they responded immediately. Came the next day for inspection,gave me a reasonable quote. Rene seemed like he knew what he was talking. explained me well the problem which I had been nudging my prior pest control people who had not paid much heed to it inspite of my questioning those areas:( . Rene and Ray came the next day ,very professional and thorough. There were a few real bad termite and formosa ant nests which they patiently and thoroughly handled. The work was way more than they had quoted the price for but they did all the work for a marginal extra amount. I am so glad I went ahead with this team. I highly highly recommend this company.

Did part work only 1 treated and the service is 3 treated was required. That was on February and we are in May. Called spoke with Ray stated could not help in the present time for the Coronavirus yet seen other doing service to my neighbors. Try to reach them no respond and happy did not paid full price. Had to get another company and cost less.

We had a persistent roach problem and our previous pest control company told us there was nothing they could do other than fumigate and that it was normal to have roaches in miami. Not acceptable. Immediately after posting a request for quotes we received a call from Southern Service Solutions and they came the same day. They began a comprehensive treatment to address the root issue by treating pipes and drainage not just regular fumigation. They came back 4 times over the next month to try every method. Now we rarely see roaches!!! Ray and Rene who have been working with us have been wonderful- knowledgeable, friendly, and persistent to make sure the job gets done well. They also take the time to explain what and why they are something. We highly recommend them and will work with them for all of our pest control needs.

They are honest, knowledgeable, professional, caring and they pride themselves on doing an excellent job. I will definitely be hiring them again. They do not leave a job unfinished. I highly recommend them.
