Description of Work: Pressure cleaning of my patio, move light patio furniture and no use of chemicals. I never thought it would come out so well without some sort of cleaning chemicals or bleach. He came out the same day of my call to quote the job and tentatively agreed on doing the job the next day or Sunday. He called on Saturday to confirm that he would be coming Sunday morning, to which I agreed.

Carl, the owner answered the call on a Saturday and came out 90 minutes later and gave me a very reasonable, prompt and fair estimate to pressure-clean my pool patio and front driveway. Not only, was he a gentleman he was a real businessman. He was professional and honest! It's very rare in Miami that someone won't try to take advantage of you--clearly he did not! The job done by Jimmy and was done incredibly well and quickly. He took a great deal of pride in his work--he was courteous and a very diligent worker. Not only was Carl a gentleman as was Jimmy--I would highly recommend him and use him again. I was so impressed with his work that I immediately referred him to my neighbor across the street-who used him also. He was so pleased too. Great job Carl and great job Jimmy. Happy holidays!

Description of Work: They pressure cleaned my pool patio and debris that had collected on the top of my pool screen. They also pressure cleaned, sealed and black-coated my driveway and then topped it all off by pressure cleaning the entire sidewalk in front of my property, as well as the walkway that leads up to my house.

In a word, they are FANTASTIC! I called because I have a Tennis Court which was in desperate need of a cleaning. The South Florida climate wreaked havoc on my poor court. Over a couple years, mold and dirt took up residence, and seemed like they were there to stay. I was worried that high powered pressure cleaning equipment would end up stripping the court along with the mold. Over the phone, Carl the owner assured me that they would use a lower setting that would be strong enough to clean, but wouldn't strip the color of the court. Of course he had to tell me that some minor removal was inevitable (in fact, they were so good, that none of the paint was removed whatsoever) . The morning of the appointment, Carl and his associate came right on time, and proceeded to get to work. They were quite friendly, but at the same time, extremely professional. It almost immediately started raining, as it often does in Miami. They worked for hours in the hard rain, without complaining once. The next morning, when all was dry and clear, my husband and I ventured outside to see the results. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! I cannot stress strongly enough how impressed we were with the job they had done. It was as if the court was brand new.
