+ -1 moreDO NOT USE SOUTHERN DECKS FOR ANYTHING! THIS COMPANY RUINED MY POOL DECK. THEY FAILED TO PLACE BEAMS/BARS IN THE GROUND BEFORE THEY POURED THE CEMENT. MY DECK HAS GIANT CRACKS ALL THE WAY AROUND THE POOL. THE CRACKS HAVE CAUSED THE CEMENT TO DROP UNEVENLY. WE SUED IN CIVIL COURT AND WON A JUDGMENT AGAINST THE COMPANY AND OWNER. UNFORTUNATELY, WE HAVE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME COLLECTING THE JUDGMENT, DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY HAS PLACED ALL OF HIS ASSETS(CARS, HOME, ETC.) IN JOINT NAMES, MAKING IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO SEIZE THEM FOR PAYMENT. THIS COMPANY AND THE OWNER ARE INCONSIDERATE, INCOMPETENT, AND DEVIANT! THEY DON'T HAVE A SHRED OF DECENCY ABOUT THEM!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
Description of Work: This company (or should I say individual) was hired to add 4 to 5 feet of concrete around an existing concrete pool deck and repaint and seal the deck with a composite coating.

+ -1 moreI HAVE BEEN USING THEM A SHORT WHILE. I ALREADY AM SLIGHTLY UNHAPPY WITH MY CURRENT SITUATION. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT COVER EVERYTHING AND I THINK IF YOU PAY FOR A WARRANTY, THE PRODUCT YOU WARRANTED SHOULD BE COVERED ITS THAT SIMPLE.
