+ -1 moreI contacted Madison, but this was the second time I had to contact him but my text may have not gone through initially. Anyway, this time he replied to my text immediately and that afternoon came by house to give me a quote and schedule a day and time to complete my yard. His quote was reasonable and he was willing to complete the work immediately. Once he was finished I was so impressed with his work which included hedge trimming, sidewalk, and yard cleaning for the same price. I gave him a tip for a wonderful job!! I can't wait to use him again and recommend him highly for anyone's lawn care needs.

+ 0 moreCalled Madison on a Tuesday, he came by that day to give me a quote. I needed the work done by that Friday at the latest and he confirmed Thursday morning. The house was a good few months overgrown which as you know in Florida is quite significant. He quoted me to cut the grass, clean up the gardens and trim back the trees/hedges etc. He showed up promptly that morning with his crew, that got to work and did an absolutely fantastic job!! I hardly recognize the house now. Would definitely use him again and highly recommend to anyone needing this type of work done. Many thanks!

+ -1 moreI have been using this service for over 5 years. They are always dependable, fast and thorough. A great job. I have them come twice a month in the summer and once a month in the winter. Never had a problem. I originally found South Florida Lawn and Landscaping through Angie's List. I just recently re-joined Angie's list because I need to have more work done around the house and I have found the references on here to be very good. I hope to be finding service providers and posting results frequently over the next few months as I catch up on much needed repairs and remodeling projects. Thank you Angie's List!
Description of Work: Mowed lawn, trimmed shrubs, edged driveway. They always pick up all debris and take it away, plus use the blower to make certain the porch and patio are clean.

Description of Work: Amazing value for money. Called them to mow our lawn and they came over right away to give a free estimate. I was very happy with the quote and 10 mins later the team arrived and got to work. needless to say they we're very quick! They did such a great job we've decided to schedule them in on a monthly basis! Would highly recommend!

He is knowledgeable of what plants are low-maintenance for our environment. I googled landscape designs and provided him with a sketch. He then did the work. + -1 moreEverything is great. They are proactive about returning calls. I use them for monthly service and after 1 year have nothing to say but great feedback.
Description of Work: I receive monthly landscaping and lawn care for my house in Surfside. They come twice a month and always make my lawn look amazing. It literally stands out in the neighborhood. They are very attentive to detail. They edge the lawn and voluntarily treat the lawn with fertilizer from time to time when it's needed with no additional charge. They are very professional and the owner is incredible nice. I highly recommend this lawn service as you will be pleased and the neighbors will envy your lawn. They come twice a month and my only complaint is that I never know exactly when they are going to show up. However, they come mostly regularly to get the 2 services per month in, work around the rain, and when they service the lawn it's a nice surprise.

+ -1 moreThe came on the day scheduled, several workers, got to work right away, listened and followed directions. Amazing work, hired them to maintain everything on a monthly basis.
Description of Work: We needed to bring our landscape back to life and remove all the overgrowth and dead leaves. The company came in on the day scheduled, called ahead of time. The initial cleanup cost us $200 and it was worth it! The lawn and the landscape looked like it was just newly installed. It's beautiful!

Description of Work: At first, we had them clean up our just less than half an acre lawn, trimming the hedges, doing one cut, and discarding all the dead refuse. This was done so they could then do monthly lawn maintenance. The initial clean up charge was 200 dollars and the monthly maintaining of the lawn will be 50 dollars.
