Sonia Cleaning

Description of Work: Sonia cleans my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home top to bottom. She sweeps the floors first, then runs the vacuum cleaner (we have tile all thru the house), mops them and again goes thru with a Sweeper to pick up any hairs that may have stuck around. She dusts and organizes all the furniture and the items I keep on it - being disabled, I keep medications and such that must be at hand. Sonia also washes and folds my bedrooms linens and makes the beds. We have a king size bed and two hospital beds in our rooms. She does a great job in the bathrooms, always leaving them smelling real nice and clean, and of course same goes for the kitchen. She does whatever dishes I may have left from the previous night, cleans the stove, microwave and all electrical appliances. She's very good with pets and is much loved by my two daschunds. I used to have four, which adored her, but time goes by :) If you want a nice and clean home, give her a call.

Description of Work: I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, quite large, which Sonia cleans every week. It has been now a few years since I made my first report on Angie's list about her and could not be happier. Sonia was away for a while, and I sure missed her! It was a pleasure to know she would be back helping and keeping my home spotless. I'm very happy to report that since she returned a couple of months ago, I find her even more motivated to work hard and well. I was using another person when she had to go away for a while to stay with family, but I was very quick to give notice to the person that was helping me and take Sonia back. It is great to have her with us again and even my husband (who can be a pain!) likes Sonia and her work in our home. She is working as carefully and detailed as the first day. She cleans my floors with a broom first, then uses the vacuum cleaner, cleans with a cuban mop and my favorite cleanser and yet again when dry, she passes the vacuum cleaner one last time. Before all this, of course, she dusts everything, even the low cealing fans. I have 2 daschunds, and when she gets here, she spends about 5 solid minutes just petting them because they cry for her, that's how much they love her. Sonia is very punctual and dependable, and I can be sure to be notified should any emergency come thru that would prevent her from coming in at her regular time or date, and she always tries to accommodate me. I could not be happier with her services. I am disabled and therefore unable to do any household chores and would not know what to do without Sonia. In all honesty, I recommend her to anyone who wants to have a clean home. I know when she leaves, it smells fresh and as clean as any well cared for home ought to. Call her - you won't be sorry! Description of Work: Sonia vacuumed , mopped, sanitized floors (using Cuban mop) over approximately 1500 square feet of terrazzo. cleaned and polished surfaces, Windexed 2 sliding doors, targeted refrigerator shelf for cleaning (in a month the whole frig will have been done), cleaned tub, toilet, and tile bathroom floor (1 bath). Swept 800 square foot screened patio. Cleaned window sills, picture frames, french doors, etc. She obviously works hard and is thorough. Arrives promptly when scheduled (8:30 am Sat). Finishes around noon. She is very pleasant, and speaks some English. Her daughter helped with the language barrier when she came to give an estimate. Additionally we have many cats, dogs, and other pets. All the others who have cleaned here before Sonia scared the animals and they went running. Sonia loves animals and they like her in return. I was very surprised to see our cats out instead of hiding when she has the vacuum cleaner running. She also is very careful not to let the pets get out when she moves in or out of the house. She is very smart and knows what cleaning products are good for various surfaces, and uses them accordingly. She also spots special areas that need extra cleaning and takes care of them without having to point them out. All in all we are very pleased with Sonia's work and have no plans to try anyone else.

Description of Work: Ms Ortiz was very professional on her service. She took her time on her job. Ms Ortiz clean everything that was expected of her and more. I recommend her to anyone that needs for someone to clean her home. She quoted me 100 to clean m home, because of the good job she preform I gave her 10.00 as a tip. I would had given her more ,, I ONLY HAD 10.00 IN CASH. that was the only reason I gave her that on tip
