We had hired a company to pack a trailer for a move to New York but it was so poorly done that we hired Small Time Movers to unpack and re-pack it to fit the rest of our things in. They were able to come within 24 hrs. They were prompt and extremely professional. Nothing moved during transport and there was zero damage to our furniture and household goods. I could not have done it without them.

The workers were super helpful, polite, and accommodated all requests. The moving truck was ready to move and pack anything! Moving blankets and packing material was available if needed (I did not need it, as I prepared well for the move, packed and unassembled the furniture as much as possible). Can't ask for more! Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service. A note for condo/apartment move: check the size of the truck that is allowed to enter your complex. Thank you, Small Time Movers!!!

They handled this all like champs and they were very friendly and extremely helpful. I wanted things moved a few different times because I didn't like where it was or moved further to one side. They were true troopers, did not complain and were very pleasant. Even after all of that, they made sure that I was happy and or did I need anything else done. Great guys and an excellent team. I wished I had used them the first time which was a couple months ago moving all the furniture into storage. I definitely would hire them again without thinking twice.

The move went beautifully; first of all, they worked on Sunday, which was super helpful. They called me the Friday before to confirm the move, the location and the time. The movers showed up on time (in fact they started the process 10 minutes after the hour) and took very good care of the boxes, furniture and other items that were being put into and out of the truck. The three men were efficient and kept the process moving along. They wrapped all my furniture to ensure there were no snags, scratches or dirt--I very much appreciated this care. It took about 5.5 hours from start to finish, which was very close to what had been estimated. I was very impressed with every aspect of their service and would highly recommend.

From the quote process to the final move, Edison and his team were fantastic. They were punctual, courteous, and got the job done within the initial quote. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

It was less then they quoted. However, they were late but it was okay because I have a flexible schedule.

The moving company was very flexible and helpful before the move. The actual move was very smooth as well. All three men were nice, helpful and worked really hard and quick. Everything arrived in tact and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service.

I chose Small Time Movers based on the reviews I read on Angie's List. I was skeptical because my experience with movers have not been good. I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and level of customer service Small Time Movers exemplified. First, they arrived on time and ready to work. There was no up sale or unnecessary use of additional materials and when we had time issues with our time window at the new condo, they skipped lunch to get the job done within the time window. Everything arrived undamaged.A special thanks to Gabriel for getting it done. I would use them again and recommend these guys to anyone. Awesome job!

Great . Efficient, professional and polite!

I've used Small Time Movers twice in the last several years. One move from one condo to another condo in Miami and one move from Miami, Florida to Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I've been extremely happy with the service on both moves. All moving staff were very careful with my furniture--nothing damaged. They worked the the condo associations to provide the correct insurance coverage. They showed up when scheduled and delivered my shipment when scheduled. I would highly recommend this moving company. Edison Cruz is a terrific business owner! I cannot say enough about this company except - "Thank You!"

If you want a moving company who is all about 5 Star service, price smart, professional, efficient and true to their word, call Small Time Movers, now! Small Time Movers is everything you want in a moving company and more! The night before the move, Gabriel, the moving team supervisor, called to confirm the move. An hour later, Edison, the owner, called to follow up and confirm the moving time. On moving day, Gabriel showed up one half hour before his crew showed up. The moving crew arrived exactly on time. I walked them through the move, describing the details of the job; and that was it. They handled every item with care, nothing was dropped, or broken; and items that required extra TLC, were handled without incident. Midway through the move, Edison dropped by to introduce himself and his wife to us; and to make sure we were satisfied with their service. The truck was packed perfectly. After a short lunch break, we met at the storage facility. Each room was stacked and packed with the same care.The entire move, a 4,000 square ft. house was completed in 7 hours! This move was flawless! I will use them again and refer them to others.

Outstanding. Gabriella H and his team were on time, efficient, friendly and careful with disassembly and moving. Furniture and expensive items were carefully wrapped in blankets. I would highly recommend Small Time Movers to anyone. I will be using them again to move from storage to a new home I recently purchased. I think they should change their name to Big Time Movers as they impressed me Big Time!!

This was - - by far - - the best experience I've ever had with a moving company. From my initial phone calls with Edison to schedule the move, to the actual move performed by Gabriel and the rest of his work crew, everything was perfect. I initially called Edison during the week of March 28th and explained what I needed done and we tentatively scheduled the move for Saturday, April 2nd. However, when my closing got pushed back, we rescheduled for the following Saturday, April 9th. Although Edison recommended, and I agreed, on a three-man crew with a truck, a four-man crew was actually dispatched. (But I was still only charged for a three-man crew.) Since my wife and I had been going in and out of the boxes in the storage unit for the past 2 1/2 years, the boxes had to be resealed before they could be moved. Some boxes were in such bad shape that the work crew actually had to transfer some items into a larger box that they brought along for the purpose. The guys were great and accomplished this with ease. After emptying the storage unit and loading up the truck, we proceeded to my relative's house where the work crew unloaded the furniture that was to be delivered there, and then picked up the boxes that had been stored in the Florida Room. Once again, some of these boxes had been opened and others were in poor shape. The work crew again resealed the boxes and loaded them on the truck. We all then proceeded to the final destination: our new house. The guys unloaded the truck and placed the boxes and other items in the specific locations requested by my wife. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I give Small Time Movers my absolute highest recommendation. (And if you check my review history, I'm not the type of reviewer who always gives firms an A rating.) These guys were fantastic!

These guys were excellent. Punctual, careful and flexible. I would absolutely recommend them.

These guys were professionals in every aspect of the word. Jorge, Jorge (YES, 2 Jorges) and Edinson arrived on time and get to work right away. Packed everything, handled everything with extreme care. Moved from a third floor apartment with no elevators to a two story house. If I ever needed a moving service again, I will definitely call and ask for these guys by name.

They were great! They we able to provide same day service and showed up when they said they would. They were super friendly and helpful. An A+ experience all around! I would definitely use them again!
