Response from Small Time Movers
My name is Gabriel Hernandez, I am a supervisor here in Small Time Movers, and it was me who was in charge of your move. I remember You requested a 2 men crew and we placed your belongings into a POD container ,Small Time Movers do not offer hoist or piano services but once there we did moved your piano ,it was really heavy and it require a 3rd crew member but 2 of us managed to take it out from your house and place it into the POD, and then we returned all back into your house a couple of weeks later, That day we showed up with a 3rd crew member at not extra cost just because of that piano. I was not aware or informed of any damage when we closed the contract on the day we placed everything back into the house , and we always do a last walk thru just to make sure everything is on the right place and that there are not damages before closing the contract . We did not receive any claim from You afterwards. Here in Small Time Movers we have insurance and we have a 60 day period to file any claim that then must be resolved within 90 days , this is located in the back of the contract we've provide you with on Section 6 of the Terms and Conditions. Our main goal is customer satisfaction and We would have taken care of this on time and proper manner have we received a notification within this 60 day period of time ,unfortunately its been longer than that and at this moment there is nothing we can do to asses this .
