Cesar came to my house promptly after calling him for the service and installed the new shades for my house in less than half an hour and even managed to share a few good jokes with me during the installation process. Cesar is an expert shades installer and I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family. This was a first class experience without a doubt!

I did not end up using him because his prices were higher than another who bid. However, he was extremely helpful, got right back to me, and was knowledgeable. I will call him in the future.

Cesar is excellent. I will be using him again for blinds in my daughter's room. I spoke to him about a blind to cover up a cosmetic issue in my kitchen. He was honest and said it would make the kitchen look smaller. He suggested another idea that had nothing to do with a blind. Real nice guy.

After my contractor introduced me to his blinds person who showed up with only 2 selections and told me I could not have electric blinds, I jumped on Angie's List and found Ceasar of Simply Shades. He promptly made and appointment and showed up with a large case of selections and options, as well as a video of examples of electric shades. He was timely, professional, polite and clear in his presentation and explanation of the products he had available. He took measurements and within 24 hours provided me a written estimate. Initially, I had asked for installment the last week of July, 2015, which he said he could accommodate, but my contractor, who announced he was taking a 10 day vacation, insisted that the blinds had to be installed before he left town. Ceasar accommodated this change and delivered and installed the blinds a week earlier. He and his assistant showed up on time and were polite and professional during the installation. They cleaned up after themselves and left a beautiful set of electric blinds with a blackout shade and a privacy shade. As I was further delayed only due to my contractor from getting back in my unit by another month after Ceasr's installation and had a small glitch with one of the blinds, Ceasar promptly responded and came immediately to correct the problem. I highly recommend Simply Shades and Ceasar.

I decided to call Simply Shades to get an estimate based on the terrific reviews that I read, and I'm so happy I did! Cesar, the owner of the company, answered my call right away and scheduled an appointment with me for the following day. His professionalism is outstanding! He called me in the morning to confirm our appointment and kept me posted on what his ETA would be. Once he arrived we discussed my needs and then he proceeded to take measurements. We went over the various options and ideas that he had, went over the various costs for each, and I set up an order that same day without ever getting a 2nd estimate. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and I loved his good energy. Perhaps I could have gotten the blinds cheaper from some other company, but you usually get what you pay for. Cesar only orders his window treatments from a reputable manufacturer who he knows will do a great job, and he is very particular in making sure everything turns out perfect! Cesar also does all of the installations himself, by the way. After the order was placed, he called me a couple of times to keep me posted as to when the blinds would be ready, and then to set up a time for the installation. He showed up exactly when he said he would, came prepared, and immediately went to work. The blinds look great and we are very happy with them! Cesar did a fantastic job from start to finish and made sure that I was completely satisfied before he left. I highly recommend using this company, as we plan to do so again in the future! Everything was great. It was very good. They were on time and they hung everything perfectly. The shades are very nice. They're quick. They were perfect. There was nothing wrong with them.

We had purchased plantation shutters and they did not close correctly. They cane and in about 3 hours they were done. We are happy with the results and plan to get a quote for a sliding glass door and kitchen window that we still need to have done in August.

We feel very comfortable with Cesar both from his professionalism and feel confidant having him come and install with our housekeeper even when were are not at home. He calls, is responsive and keeps you in the loop from beginning to end. He comes timely - which is amazing for Miami!!! Think he has now covered installed all new coverings for our windows but know if we need any repairs or updates we can depend upon him. Cesar was very professional. He came to the house and was prepared to discuss many options for our windows and sliders. He brought fabric samples and pictures of the different options. everything went great. cesar was very responsive from the start. he spent time explaining all the different options. he was flexible and installed the shades on a weekend. the shades look amazing. i'm now debating doing the rest of the house. i will only use cesar for window treatments!

Cesar recommended that the largest shutter in my living room be divided. The top part can open and the bottom can stay closed so that the dog doesn't go crazy barking when he sees people but yet still light comes in to the room. He came on time, he told me 8 weeks and it came on time. He delivered and installed it himself on time. I already did recommend him to my in laws which were very happy with his work as well.

Cesar was awesome. I called him on Saturday and he was at our house on Monday. He gave us a great price on some horizontals and verticals for eight windows and large sliding glass door. Had the blinds installed himself the next week in just a couple of hours. Great job. Windows look great.
