He answered all our questions without the usual aggressive sales tactics, which we truly appreciate. He brought samples of exactly what we wanted, adjusted our previous verticals for no charge, called and ordered them immediately so he could schedule the installation for the following week. He called to let us know he was running early, installed them very quickly and could not have been more courteous and efficient. I can't praise him enough!

Cesar Hernandez of Simply Shades was professional, extremely friendly, proactive, timely, and easy to work with. He was very easy to communicate with, by phone or by email, always responding right away. He was also very flexible in working around my schedule for the installation. We live in a condo so installations always have to get approved and go through the board, and Cesar took the lead on all communications with the condo office, contacting them himself to arrange installation and providing all the necessary insurance and liability documents that they required. I never once had to get involved, which was really nice because for my floors I had to do a LOT of "middle-man" work between the contractor and the condo office. Installation was fast and the blinds look GREAT! Cesar was so nice he even helped me drill holes in my very solid concrete walls where I needed to hang a few other things. I'm extremely happy I went with Simply Shades for my blinds and I highly recommend them!

Ceasar does it again!! what a professional - how many times does a contractor call you the day before to confirm each appointment? - never! - Ceasar called each time, confirmed our time AND, arrived precisely on time more importantly, he has a good design eye and recommended an elegant solution for our home he himself says he is not the cheapest, but trust me...you get every penny's worth he went about and beyond on thinking through details - for example, he installed a header board to avoid using spacers - he drilled well into wood and/or masonry for absolute strength of the install his work was immaculate and tidy, he cleaned as he went - he was on time, on budget, everything works and he is around the corner if there are any issues - he took it upon himself to replace one valence that had a chip on it and fought with the manufacturer to replace it without charge as for the install work, flawless - the manufacturer mis-made a few blinds - Ceasar was able to fix it on the spot and continue with the install - perfect HIRE SIMPLY SHADES/CEASAR HERNANDEZ - YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

Cesar is very professional, fast and very reliable. He came right on time every time, did a fabulous job installing our blinds and offered high quality service. We could not be happier and we will sure use him for any future jobs. Totally recommend him!!!

Cesar was timely in coming to the appointment, scheduling the installation and assisting with some tech kind of issues and installation questions after the installation was complete. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others. He is responsive in returning calls, attending to detail, staying on top of orders etc. Finding him through Angie's List validates joining the group.

Cesar was responsive, patient and competitively priced. He came to my home on an agreed upon time and showed my husband and I options. Although we wanted plantation shutters, it was just out of our budget and Cesar was able to find me a somewhat similar option that I love. The vertical blinds are good quality and easy to use (no tangled mess). There was one window pending the blinds because we had to paint and as soon as I called Cesar to put it up he was at my home within the day. This is the type of customer service I like to receive! We are pending construction on 2 bedrooms and we will definitely use Simply Shades and Cesar when we are ready for those window treatments.

We are very pleased with Cesar's knowledge, professionalism, and work. He's very courteous and personable and really cares about the quality of his work, his materials, and the satisfaction of his customers. He always called to let us know when to expect him and we could rely on him to keep his word. The electric shades he installed for us are beautiful and just as he promised. Pablo, his assistant and cousin, is also very courteous and personable. They work very well together. It's been a joy to work with them. I will definitely use Cesar again and will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He's a true professional who does excellent work.

Replace clutch that opens blind.

He fixed the problem and fixed another vertical. The price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with him and his service. I also found out that he hangs flat screen TV's on onto the wall so I'll have him back over for that soon as well.
