There are so many variables, products and services in a large home theater project and it is therefore imperative that everything be detailed in writing - every accessory, cable, adapter, as best as possible to avoid conflicts upon conclusion of the project. Project manager Brian is straightforward and professional and the entire project always has the watchful eye of Showtime owner supervising to ensure our satisfaction. These folks worked on our project for many days, always delivering at day?s end. Showtime installers dealt competently of the many brands and models of all electronics installed. Once the bugs and programming issues were resolved, the iOS - Apple-based home theater experience has been delightful by offering tremendous stability day-in and day-out. Scheduling was accommodating and the crew always showed up on time and when promised. They are also authorized resellers of nearly all hardware and electronics required for high-end projects with prices on par with their competition. The crew who worked at our project were all very courteous and did not spare their efforts to ensure we were satisfied ? they?re also hard-working folks and respectful.
