 + -1 moreI had sought out David from a strong recommendation from a friend. David arrived late to the job and I found him to be less than communicative throughout the process. His report contained errors (noting that the sprinkler system in the back yard was not functioning) and omissions (the roof inspection was never completed). I had had a roofer come to the house to provide an estimate for a replacement and repair of some of the exterior wood siding. When I noted the omission to David, he informed that that I'd have to forward the 4 point and mitigation report to the roofer to have him complete the report! While David chalked this up to a misunderstanding, I was disappointed with his professionalism.
Description of Work: Home inspection for a property under consideration for purchase in the Hollywood area. Inspection to include termites, roof, wind mitigation and 4 point.

Work is performed on time and David is responsive to any questions. Reports are comprehensive, timely and easy to understand. We could not be more pleased with this provider.
Description of Work: Sheingold & Assoc. performed 6 inspections for us during our house search 2008-2009. Their excellence was consistent throughout.
