Truck arrived on time. Very professional handling of furniture. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Would roccomend then. We would use again.

Stop #1 was in Delray Beach, where the truck had to be loaded in a specific order. The back of the truck had items for a different destination. The front load was to go to a storage facility in Lake Worth. At Stop #2 (Lake Worth) the front load was unloaded, and the truck headed to Stop #3(Coral Springs) for a pick-up of a few items. From there, they went to Stop #4 (Cooper City) for a large piece of furniture and mostly boxes. After that, the truck arrived at its final destination, Stop #5 (Davie). We have never had a better experience with movers! They are outstanding! Abe and Jeffrey were careful with every part of the move: packing glass shelves of the breakfront; moving the heavy furniture from the house into the truck and covering it with pads; taking apart the legs from the table (and carefully replacing them at the final destination); moving dozens of boxes--all without damaging anything. On top of that, they were very mindful of doors and walls, never allowing the items to touch them. Both men are responsible, respectful, honest, hard workers. We were delighted with them and their work. We most definitely would recommend them to anyone! For the hours they worked and the five different destinations, this was a heavenly move at an extremely fair price.

Abe, Jeffrey and Frank were very responsible individuals. The truck was parked outside my condo complex because the length of the truck could not go into the parking area due to the curves. Abe wrapped all the furniture as Frank and Jeffrey walked the various loads to the truck parked outside. The boys worked non-stop moving, that even my neighbors and repairmen were amazed at how quickly they unloaded all the stuff into the home. The move was completed with the time limit of the special.

Abe and his crew promptly arrived at the agreed appointment time and loaded up most of our 2000 sqft house onto the truck in under three hours. The truck was packed well with room to spare. I only wish we had more things ready to load as they loaded many boxes and all the big furniture, but we were still working on packing some of the small stuff well into the night. Anyway, that's moving, an exercise in organizing chaos. SF local moving should be considered if you're moving from or within South Florida.

SF Local Moving was prompt, professional, careful, and thorough. We did a quick walkthrough of our condo so that they knew everything that was being moved, and then they got to work. They moved quickly but were very careful, which I appreciated. Once we arrived at our new home, we did another quick walkthrough so they knew where I wanted everything to do. I was a little concerned because one of the items I had them move was an upright piano, but they handled it very well. Unloading the truck took them almost no time at all and nothing was damaged, not even a scratch. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to anyone in the South Florida area who needs movers.

Abe is a true professional. He was right on time. He asked me for a quick tour and game plan and the team started within minutes. They had to take apart dining room furniture and a bedroom set. They did an awesome job. I just unpacked all my boxes and nothing was broken except for one small glass and I think I am the one who actually did that moving the box to another room. I would definitely use Abe and his company again and I recommend them to anyone looking for a local move.

booked 3 movers + 26 foot truck for 5 hours. it took about 4.5 hours which i'm happy with because of my past experiences where same move took about 5.5 hours. No hidden charges for gas, driving, etc. this has been stated by Abe up front as well. Abe was very responsive and kept me in the know. the team arrived and did a walkthrough. established all of the items that needed to move and any of the items they may have difficulty getting through. Also, prioritized what has to go first, second, last. i've shown the specific items i wanted them to be particular about and they have respected that. Specifically, extra care was taken with new wood floors in both places. no damage to new wood floors in either of the houses. by the end of the move, all items were in the same condition as before the move. Abe did a really good job packing and protecting large couches and dressers. Highly recommend him and his team for mid to large moves between towns.

aUnfortunately my request was urgent for the next day and they could help me in such short notice. However later on the contacted me to offer the booking... It was too late, but I will definitely use them in the future. Much better response that the other two companies I contacted.

Abe and his team were extremely professional, on-time and did a great job on my mother's move. My mother's condo was on the second floor and there was only a small passenger elevator available, they took great care to cover and protect all the furniture. I would absolutely hire them again and I highly recommend them.

The only reason I gave them a B on punctuality is because the freeway was shutdown for an even. It was NOT their fault and they did call to tell me. The two guys were awesome. The owner was one of the two. They took great care of my furniture, even treated the crappy stuff as if was new. I have already recommended them to three other people.

This is the best moving company I've ever worked with. It was also the easiest company I've ever worked with. I called Abe one day, we picked a day, he said he'd be there at 9am and email me a confirmation. He never asked for a deposit which surprised me a lot. Abe is the owner and he also shows up on moving day to fully participate in the move. The team came exactly when they said they would (I think they only schedule one move a day). I have some heavy antique pieces that I was very worried about (one had been damaged in a prior move which broke my heart). Abe and SF Local Moving were incredibly careful with my furniture and I'm so grateful. Also, in my opinion, this company is really inexpensive for the service it provides. As many other reviewers have said, when I need to move again I will be calling SF Local Movers.

Abe and his team did a phenominal job. They arrived exactly when they said the would and did an awesome job preparing the furniture for move. THe covered the sofas with a blanket and then wrapped in plasitc wrap. It was like doing it yourself without the soreness. It did take longer because they took such great care in preparing and moving everything but was well worth it. I will use Abe again anytime.

The moving staff was fast and careful with all the furniture. They were knowledgeable on the best way to get large pieces of furniture through small or oddly shaped hallways and door frames. They were respectful and nice which is crucial becuase moving is never easy and quite chaotic. Overall they were great! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I had a good experience with this company. They were responsive, punctual, worked well, and were friendly. I also think their price was fair. I would hire them again. (Although, I hope that I do not have to move again for a long time.)

We were super happy with the moving service. The movers came packed our whole house and moved us to our new home. We have 5 kids and accumulated a lot of stuff over the years. They were really organized and moved very professionally. I was a little worried about the hourly rate. But in the end the price came out a little cheaper than what was quoted! The the movers moved really quickly and did not stop moving the whole time. They set everything up in our new home the way we wanted it. All in all we will definitely be recommending this moving company. And hopefully we won't need to, but if we ever need to move again in the future we will be using SF Local Moving.

I just want to say this is my second time using this company - and for good reason. It appears that the owner goes on all of the moves and has a few employees to help him. The impression I get is he is extremely competent and conscious of the customers' property which eliminates the need for me to watch the movers do their job. I have hired other moving companies before and learned the hard way that it's best for me to just stick with these guys. Since this was my second time using this company, I had high expectations since they did a great job the first time. Sure enough, all the same positive remarks, they showed up on time, owner was there on the move, they were fast, careful and efficient. Abe (owner) recognized me from the first move and seemed appreciative that we were returned customers. I left the movers unattended while I went to the ATM, by the time I came back, the furniture was packed in the truck! We drove to my new location, and they carefully moved each piece in and exactly where I wanted to put it. I think the 2 things that make these guys good are 1) They have the right equipment: lift gate, hand truck, dollies, and wrap 2) The owner is there making the employees alert and efficient. This company is what makes Angies list work subscribing too. A+ in my book. Thanks Abe!

They helped my husband move from an apt to a home. The supervisor was very good and responsive. He was responsible by making sure the furniture was covered with padding. The two helpers, I wasn't too thrilled with them. They were a little slow because they were often on their phones. But the main guy was great. We ended up exceeding the time so i had to pay extra.

They were excellent and I'd recommend them.

I purchased on eBay a used dining set that contained one china cabinet, 1 table, and 8 chairs. Mr Raskin and his helper went to the seller's house in Davie, gently packed the items into their HUUUUGGGGEEEE truck, transported them to my house in Miami, and set them up upon arrival. I was amazed by how strong, skilled, and gentle these young men were: I took multiple fotos of the items several days before the move, then scrutinized them after SF Local Moving set them up in my dining room: no damage whatsoever! Both men were very professional, kind, responsive, diligent, and friendly. They even helped me move a large appliance within my house that was not part of the job: they just did it to be nice and because I asked them. For this, I am very grateful. I highly recommend SF Local Moving.
