The cooktop was delivered in great condition. They came to install it right a scheduled. Very professional and knowledgeable. No issued or problems.

I ORIGINALLY CALLED ACTSY GARAGE DOORS WHICH I HAD USED BEFORE IN MIAMI BUT THEY NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL. SEARS WAS CHEAPER HAD A GOOD OPENER AND DID THE WORK. PLUS THEY WARRANT IT WHICH ACTSY DOES NOT.

I was very disappointed in them. It looks nice now but I went through a lot to get it there. They came to the house. They promised me it would be done by Thanksgiving. It was done the day before Thanksgiving. They made a plan for the kitchen and I did not like it. We re-designed it and the sales manager said that they would do it the way we wanted it. The guy that came and did the work broke my dishwasher and broke the ice maker on the refrigerator, which my son fixed because it was flooding. I could not prove that he had broke them, so I ended up paying for it myself. I had to buy a new dishwasher. When they put in the counter tops, the and ldquo;Land rdquo; thing was not there and when I called them about it, they got nasty with me. They said that I could not have it and by this time, they had torn out my kitchen. I called the manager that could not be found. He did not call me back. I finally talked to the salesman that sold me the kitchen and he got things done. The salesman saved the whole thing. I did have to cancel my Thanksgiving plans. I would not have anything done by them again. The salesman was wonderful. It was the team that he was working with that was bad.

They did a very good job. They removed the defective garage door opener and replaced it with the one that I purchased at the store. They made sure that it worked properly. They made sure that my remote worked properly as well. I would tell people to go ahead and use them as they seem to be very reliable. They showed up when they were supposed to and did what they were supposed to do. They were comparable to anyone else.
