The technician explained to both myself and my wife why our pool filter pump was shuting off and on during hot Florida days. He did not press us to immediately replace the pump, he simply informed us that eventually at some point in time it would overheat and freeze up. I appreciated that fact that the Technician did not "push" us into purchasing anything or immediately doing any work that we did not have the perform. He informed us as to what was happening and provided repair recommendations only.

We wrote to Emily and she responded right away. She came to the house, studied the work that was needed and conducted a very professional, courteous and cost conscious sales process. She promised to start work on the 18th of May and to complete the work a week later. She absolutely delivered on her commitments and went over and above to solve other issues that came up during the process. Best of all they are very responsive, always willing to help and the "pool guy" is excellent. What makes Sabra better is that they "care" and it shows!

Our former pool service company was inadequate: they never properly balanced the pool and took overall poor care of our pool. Emily from Sabra responded promptly by phone, spent 3 straight days correcting the chemistry, and has provided weekly service sine. The pool has never looked better. We are so happy with their work. It's a real pleasure to deal with honest professionals who know their business and make every effort to be attentive to us as customers

We called two pool companies for an estimate. Before the second company responded, Emily from Sabra Pools came out, gave us an estimate and started the work. She did sub out the work for the resurfacing but she was there the entire time supervising to make sure that everything was done correctly and on a timely basis. She brought in her electrician to do the work on the light and it turned out that it needed to be replaced instead of just changing the bulb. She had explained from the beginning that there was no way to determine that until the pool was drained. She showed us our existing light and how it had been compromised by water and we agreed to replace it. She brought in a tiler to replace our broken/cracked tile all around our deck and he did a great job. About a month after the work was completed, we noticed that a screw in the new light had rusted. We called Emily and she came out to look at the light. She explained that it looked like one of the screws was not stainless steel, she immediately brought her electrician back out, he put on a wetsuit, got in the pool and changed the screw. She stood behind her work and resolved the issue. Overall we were very pleased with the work. Emily was exceptional in her follow through and we were so pleased with her that we contracted her to continue to care for our pool. We highly recommend Emily and Sabra Pools.

We called Sabra Pool after we moved into our new house. We never had a pool before and the pool was a dark lagoon green. emily came and cleaned it within 1/2 hour. It was excellent.

Came to give estimate right on time and very professional and nice person. Estimate was very reasonable and I have signed up with them to provided monthly maintenance for my pool. Will review the maintenance once that starts.

Emily and her helpers did a wonderful job with a pool that had been drained and neglected for months. She is punctual and completes the job without finding extra things to charge you for. She stopped by numerous times to follow up and make sure everything was ok. Would highly recommend her services.

I cannot say enough about this company and how great they have been to me. I got several estimates on pool service and I chose Sabra Pools because they gave me the lowest estimate and they called to explain what services I needed for my pool specifically. I had an issue with the first guy (small issue) that came by, I called Emily to inform her and he was immediately removed. I was impressed that such quick action was taken. Since I had never owned a pool I asked Emily to check my water levels because I felt I was filling the pool too often and she discovered a leak. She checked the pool for free and drained it, she then applied the epoxy to seal the leaks and did not charge me a cent because during the process she learned that there were many cracks in the bottom. She set me up with a company that is going to resurface the pool for hundreds less than I could find anywhere else. She promises that this will solve the problem as she even had a leak detection team come out (at no extra charge to me) and they found nothing in the drains and only in the pool surface. I feel blessed to have found this company as I could have been taken advantage of. YOU NEED TO HIRE THIS COMPANY, you will not be dissapointed!

After using four other local pool servicing companies over the last 12 years, we switched to Sabra Pools last year and have been happily surprised by the excellent service they provide. Compared to the other companies that we've used, we find them to be the most professional, prompt and thorough. There is great attention to detail. Our technician has carefully checked on the functioning of our equipment, and has taken notice and suggested inexpensive solutions to problems particular to our pool, such as the accumulation of gnats on the surface due to the adjacent mangroves. The repair of a piece of pump piping was reasonably priced and efficiently completed. We are glad we found Sabra Pools and would highly recommend them to others.

I've known Sabra Pool through the previous home owner when we purchased our house. When we just moved in, I did not know anything about the pool since we only lived in condos before. Every time I called Phil ( the owner of Sabra Pool), he would come to help and explained everything to me and never charged me a dime. By the way, he is the nicest guy I've ever met. Sometimes, my pool needed some repair, he would repair it during pool cleaning and left me a note that he had fixed so and so. Compare to my friends and family's pool service company, they charged every single parts, and service calls by hour, Sabra Pool is the only pool service company I recommend. This company has been running for 40 years and is servicing Coral Gables, Gables Estates, Coconut Grove and Palmetto Bay. I do feel safe for them to come in and out of my house, since I have dogs and children. They never forget to close the pool fence and the side gate.
