Our pool was an original from 1983 and it looked like it overr the years. I joined Angie's List to specifically find a contractor. I chose 3 companies and was very impressed by the reviews on Angie's List on Sabar pools. I called Emiky very early on a Saturaday morning and she called me right back to schedule Monday with me. Emiky came out on time and she went right to work on measurements. We discussed our desires and she was very positive in our desires and abilities to meet our goals. The price was in our budget and a lot lower than other companies. We removed glass block from spa wall and closed it off. Installed new tile and coping. Moping was raised to accommodate the new pavers. Emily was always available via email or a phone call away. We were always confident in the progression on the work Very happy customers!!!! We even contracted monthly pool services and what a difference our pool is! Always sparkling clean

They do a good job. I haven't had any trouble with the pool. The one time I had some problems with the equipment, they came out the same day. They've just been really good. I'm very happy with them.

Emily and her company do a super job cleaning our pool. They keep our pool spotless, show up on schedule without fail, and respond immediately to any questions we might have. Their fee is competitive. Couldn't ask for better service!

Really really good. They are super punctual and professional. If there's something wrong you can call and they'll come right back out and fix it.

I was recommended Sabra by my son who found them through Angie's List and have used them for the past I'd say year. The professionalism and attention is excellent and they have made repairs at a reasonable cost. Since repair we switched to their cleaning pools service and the pool never looked better even when new.

They are just very dependable and they do what they are supposed to do. If there is any problem, you just call Emily and she immediately takes care of it.

Emily from Sabra Pools is THE best! She came to my home on three separate occasions to answer questions and give us advice before we made the final decision to hire Sabra to do the work. On all three visits, Emily came on time and gave her expert opinion on the work that needed to be done. I interviewed a number of other companies and the combination of professionalism and price point won Sabra the job. They started with sandblasting the pool in order to remove the existing diamond bright since it was severely falling apart. After the sandblast was completed, the pool was cleaned and prepped with a payer of sealer. The next step was to re-diamond bright the pool with a new coat. I also had the pool light and the pool latter repaired and several pieces from the pool pump that needed to be replaced due to old age. The overall work was superior quality and very detailed. Emily has come every week day to oversee the curing process, adding the needed chemicals and cleaning the pool as well. The pool looks nothing short of amazing and I am so happy with the process from beginning to end. She was very honest, communicative and her expertise is second to none. I would definitely recommend Sabra Pools to all of my family and friends and will hire them for all future work!

Emily was amazing. I had three estimates done before choosing Sabra Pools. Emily told me how much it would cost, how long it would take, the procedure was start to finish, and the choices I had for the new finish and why some are better than others. I chose Sabra Pools because she covered all items I needed to know about the process. Let me tell you, she was out there the next day and everyday there after to check on my pool. The pool looks great. The coping looks great. I also need to make sure anyone looking at this company realizes Emily's last visit to my pool was a week ago. Not only did she resurface, recope, fill, and balance my pool, she came three weeks in a row every Monday to sample and test the water to make sure it was balanced. She also gave me the website to get the Miami Dade water credit for refilling my pool. She left me a note in my mailbox if I noticed anything wrong with the pool - call her. The service provided by Sabra Pools was top notch. I cannot say enough about the service provided. I wish I could find other service providers like Emily. You need anything done to your pool - Believe Call Sabra Pools.

A couple of pool companies were recommended to me by a local pool business, but those didn't pan out. After seeing commercials for Angie's List, I decided to check out the website and became a member. After doing so, I looked up pool companies in my area here on Angie's List and chose the top 3 companies to contact. The first one I contacted I got an answering machine. The second one told me the person I needed to speak with was out of town and wouldn't be back until the following week and to try calling them again at that time. After 2 strikes, I called the third company and on the first ring I heard a 'Hello'. So right there, for me, I knew that Sabra Pools would be the first company to come out and give me an estimate. Before meeting them I had already researched and educated myself on what the job would entail and what type of service was required for it. We made an appointment and Emily showed up right on time. Immediately she surveyed the pool and we both agreed that it needed to be resurfaced. I also made her aware of my filtering system because I felt it needed to be replaced due to the years it had and her reply to me was, "If it's in proper functioning order why bother with it? If it's not broken, don't mess with it." Right there I agreed with her and knew she was an honest person because another company would have told me to replace it. For many years I have been experiencing problems with my skimmer due to the fact that the pool and the lily pad skimmer system is old. I asked Emily what can be done and if possible to either fix the immediate lily pad problem or upgrade entire skimmer to todays modern pool standards. She replied, "We can fix the immediate problem and if it didn't work I believe we can upgrade the skimmer to modern pool standards," explaining that she had done the same thing with another old pool in the past. I was very pleased and impressed with how cooperative and at ease she was during the estimate process. She was very informative and very honest about everything. Before leaving she wrote out an estimate for me and I told her I would contact her after seeing 3 more prospective companies for estimates. After interviewing 3 other companies for estimates, I narrowed it down to Sabra Pools and another competitor. They both had high ratings, reviews and top scores. It was time for a call back for both of them. I scheduled a call back with her competitor and I wanted him to go over everything one more time with me, in detail in both work and price. This company already had given me a price to upgrade my skimmer to a modern one and his price was 50% more than Sabra Pools quote. Not only that but I had mentioned to him and all the other companies about a form that they would need to fill out in order for me to receive credit on the water bill for all the water being used for this job. All of them had said, "Don't worry about that form, we'll handle it". Everyone except this company I called back. It seemed to be a problem...too much work for them. Such an inconvenience that he told me he would just give me the link to go online and for me to do it myself and all he has to do is sign it. Along with that, I had another small job I wanted to do with the pool and asked him for another quote for that. Once again, it seemed to be an inconvenience for him and he said, "For that, you can just buy the paint for $30 and paint that yourself. If I do it I have to charge you an unrealistic amount because of the labor." I appreciated his honesty but at the same time I don't have time to do that work which is why I was willing to have him do it but not at such a high price. After that I mentioned again to him about my options for upgrading my skimmer. I mentioned to him that there was a company who offered to me upgrading the skimmer to the next level which would be more economical for me at $135 instead of taking the skimmer to the highest modern level. At that he replied, "Well, if that company can do that at that price, then have them do it because I can NOT do that for that price and I don't understand what it is they can do to do that job." Now mind you, this is a well reputable pool company that can build pools from scratch yet cannot understand what this other company can do for that job-which is to just upgrade the skimmer to the next level to bring it up to par. Well at that I said to him, "Very well. Thank you so much. I am going to review everything and I will contact you if I use you." I mention all these things because these were the deciding factors for who was going to work on my pool. So, I called back Sabra Pools and spoke with Emily and said, "Okay Emily. This is a call back and I want you to pack up everything you have. Bring all your 'guns' because it's between you and another company. So bring me EVERYTHING you got! Including your partner Phil!" And her reply was, "Very well". We set a date and Phil showed up first, followed by Emily a little bit later and by the time Emily showed up, I had already explained to Phil my trouble that I have been having for years with my skimmer. What impressed me most at that very moment, that out of ALL the companies that had showed up, Phil was the ONLY ONE that BOTHERED to physically analyze the problem I was having with my skimmer and immediately had a SOLUTION to try out! At that very moment is when Emily showed up and Phil, with his knowledge and suggestion to what might be the problem that I have been having ALL THESE YEARS, he SOLVED IT IN 5 MINUTES in front of Emily's own eyes!!! It was so SIMPLE and COSTLESS that they didn't even charge me. So NOW here I am, faced with a decision about what to do with the skimmer that apparently now is fixed, but it's old and I didn't know whether to leave it like this or upgrade it to a more modern pool system. So now, after being so pleased up till this moment with everything with Sabra Pools, I asked Emily how much it would be to do that 'small job' that I asked the other company to do, and she said, "Just buy the paint and I'll do it for a lot less than the competitor's quote." I said, "IT'S A DEAL!" Before sealing the deal, I asked the determining question-which was if she would take care of the form that I needed for the water bill company-she said, "Yes, I will take care of that for you." I said, "Congratulations...you got the job! When do we start?!" First impressions are very important, as you can see after reading all of this. Sometimes it IS the SMALLEST DETAIL that can make or break a contract. Needless to say, Sabra Pools is the epitome of customer service AND quality work. They listened to all of my concerns, gave me great advice, told me what I needed and didn't need and treated me with respect. They kept me up to date from the beginning of the work until the completion of the last detail. Emily supervised the ENTIRE process and made sure EVERYTHING was done to my satisfaction and then some. The quality of their work is exceptional and to the highest degree. Emily was very generous with her time and very caring and goes out of her way to make you feel very important. She is very thorough and follows thru with every job she does for you. She makes sure you are satisfied and that the job IS done to your satisfaction and if it isn't, she makes it a point to make it that way. So now Sabra Pools has become my company of choice for ALL my pools' needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sabra Pools to ANYONE. It TRULY IS a REAL PLEASURE to deal with HONEST PROFESSIONALS who know their business and GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to make you feel confident and secure that EVERY DETAIL is done correctly. From the start it was an excellent experience. Emily arrived on time for first consultation and immediately provided advice, suggestions and a quote. Price was very competitive. More importantly she has a no fuzz mentality of simply keeping the price regardless of reasonable unforeseen events. Later she left samples of surfaces and tiles. She got great prices for tiles and gave us the discount. Different people came to do different jobs (peeling, surfacing, tiling, electric, etc.) but she always supervised closely paying great attention to details. After resurfacing was completed she kept coming for one month taking care of surface and water chemistry. She was very respectful of the fact we do have another company to clean the pool and never tried to scalp that service. Quality of results is outstanding. Definitely a top vendor. They are very reasonably priced if any repairs need to be done and are very responsive to emergencies. The owner of the Company is always available by phone and always available to come the same day if I am having a problem with the pool. Over the years, they have refinished my pool, changed the motor when it died, installed a salt system and electric pool heater, and helped find a leak. This pool service company is the best. The owner is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I have been using this company for close to a year now. First they refinished my pool surface & re tiled my pool, they did a beautiful job. After that I began weekly pool service. The Sabra employee who does my pool always arrives on time and my pool is left sparkling clean, a II couldn't be happier.

The owner Emily came personally and she was very professional. She´s very hands on and knows what to do. She personally also replaced a small part in the pool motor that had some leakage issues. She sent a crew on a Saturday to do the resurfacing and they did a great job. She now services our pool weekly.

Professional and knowledgable staff. Timely and impeccable service. My jacuzzi was leaking and I expected the worst. Sabra Pools technician was able to detect the problem and only check valve replacement was needed. Pleasure dealing with such honest people with integrity. Highly recommended.

We have been using their services for about almost six months. We started using them after we were unable to care for the pool ourselves. I feel that their prices are very fair and competitive. We have had a couple of other companies out here through the years to try to repair a leak and they did more than any other company had. They drained the pool completely to check everything, located the leak, and repaired it. We are very happy with them.

I called on a Thursday evening and Emily came to my house early on Friday. She explained what needed to be done and told me how much it would cost. The work was completed before I got home from work on Friday. It was awesome!

Could not possibly have gone better! Called on Friday while she was at her parts supplier, installed Monday morning as arranged. Knew exactly what she was doing, and a month later, all remains perfect!

They were always timely. Very professional. Am switching because I am having the pool/patio area renovated and the company will provide monthly pool service for $15 less per month.
