He came and did the job. He did not put any scotch guard. He just steamed cleaned. He did not per-treat, it was okay experience.

They service was performed on time and they did a very good job. Our carpets were embarassingly dirty and had needed to be done for some time. We had recently got a new puppy for our daughter and suffice it to say, he had plenty of accidents. There were tell tale stain marks all over the carpet that were in desperate need of cleaning. They did a very thorough and professional job by paying particular attention to the stains, treating them and re-treating them as necessary. Since this is the original carpet that was built with the house in 1997 I did not expect any miracles, but my wife and I were really surprised at the results. We were so pleased, that we have vowed to maintain the carpets in their new state and I would definitely use Royal Chem-Dry again.

I got a deal through Angie's list. The experience was satisfactory, but wasn't over the top. Unless it is a special deal, I wouldn't necessarily use them again. They were fine.

My rental property in South Beach was left in a real mess. I was prepared to throw away my sofa-bed , my couch and chairs. I contacted Royal and they responded quickly. We set the appointment up and a man named Peter came gave me a quote and the next day arrived and did all that was promised. Kind and hard working, my furniture got a real facelift. Clean and fair price. I'm happy. All the grease stains were removed. I highly recommend this company.Cle

I think that I got them through Angie's List. They were fine and did a good job. They came when they said they would. I live far from them and so they had a little transportation cost but they told me about that in advance. They did what they said they were going to do and the carpets are clean. They used a machine with a brush that went around in circles and that pulled up some fibers from the wool carpet in my master bedroom. A machine that uses just vacuum without a brush would probably not do that. I used them through the Angie's List Big Deal and the price was exactly what had been advertised. The company that had advertised in Angie's List was in Miami, and they handed over the work to another company in Pompano Beach, and this company did not know about the Big Deal price. This misunderstanding was the only issue and I had to pull out the paper and show it to them, and they agreed.

They came when they said they would come. They were very thorough and gave me a detailed estimate. I need to look more into it before I decide on whether to use them or not.
