They gave a professional estimate and they were prompt on their appointment time and response. We did not use them because we sold the house before we did the work.

Rosmel is a family owned business. The owner, Marcos, came to our home for the initial free estimate. He returned to our home several times for measurements, adjustments to our estimate because of added features requested, or just to answer questions we had. His price was on par with other companies, but I liked the way he responded to all my requests and the fact that all costs were upfront with the guarantee of no surprises. His daughter, Rosie, who works in the office, answered all of my emails in a timely fashion and with the utmost professionalism. We decided to go with Rosmel mainly because of his attentiveness. The permitting process seemed never-ending. That was the biggest delay! Once they began digging, the process went pretty quickly. I was swimming within 3 months and that includes all delays and rainy season. It seemed that there was always a stand-still toward the end of the work week, where no one would show up or we'd have an inspection delay, but they still managed to finish in a timely manner. Many times I had to call to make sure that inspections were scheduled. I did stay on top of things and wonder if it would have been done without my constant reminders. In these cases, it is best to deal directly with Marcos, the owner. The other employees, although very nice, were not as effective. On occasion, as with all construction, we ran into unexpected issues or mistakes made by the contracted workers. There was never an increase in cost or an issue that remained unresolved for any large given amount of time. Marcos always either corrected the problem or compensated for it at his own expense. The only area that I was a little bit disappointed with was the instructional session needed to operate all the new equipment and the management of the start-up pool chemicals and maintenance which was to occur after the pool was built. This instruction never took place and we still run the equipment as best we can with what we've figured out on our own. I'm sure if I had persisted, Marcos would have come out. The start-up chemicals lagged but eventually was corrected after complaints. Marcos from Rosmel also provided me the names of the persons I would decide to use for the gas connections, the pilings, the fence company, and the tiki hut we wanted to add to our new beautiful back yard. All of these workers proved to be responsible and professional. I am very satisfied with the job done by Rosmel! My back yard has been transformed with little ordeal.

Everything was excellent! From beginning to end, everything was amazing from the people on the phone to the follow-up after the job was finished.
