Description of Work: They repaired my stove, 3 of the burners were not working. They had to order the parts, worked around my crazy schedule and made the repairs in about 1 hour! They were courteous, professional and neat. Will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Great experience!!

Description of Work: Leo came out and determined that the refrigeratorwas not cooling because the defrost heater failed. he defrosted it and planned to order a heater. he offered to come back at no charge and defrost it again if the heater was delayed. the heater is no longer available so i found a substitute and installed it based on what i saw leo do. he called me to follow up and i told him what i did and asked for his address so i could send him a check. he refused payment but i was persistent and fially agreed to 1/2 of the service call as payment but i sent the whole thing anyhow. he was great. he even cam out within a few hours of my call sice he considered it an emergency because he did not want any of the food to spoil. every other appliance repair company i looked at had poor reviews with the best one rated a C with 4 A's aand 4 F's.

Description of Work: Came out & went over the fact that there could have been 2 things wrong, and he didn't want to buy 2 items. Gave me the name of another hones person who specialized in GE equipment, or to call GE, even if they are much more expensive. This man is VERY reliable, trustworthy and honest.
