+ -1 moreEverything went fantastic. He was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable about air conditioning systems. He even helped with my generator at no cost, which went above and beyond the call of the air conditioning duties. I'd highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreI had a special circumstance that required a refrigeration expert who can think, as opposed to just a subordinate journeyman sent over to check an appliance, write up a bill and be on his way. In my case I called several companies to see who takes the time to listen to my problem, follows up with a call back to say whether he can help (or not), when he will be over and comes when promised. Surprisingly few companies can do this. Robert is courteous, efficient and can adjust to unique situations and won't dick you around. I recommend him above all other a/c refrigeration technicians out there.
Description of Work: In my kitchen I have a custom built refrigerator freezer that I designed and assembled myself for fun with the help of an old friend no longer around. I suspected it needed the coolant pressure checked and recharged if low. A small job but a did not want a clown messing up my stuff. Robert took care of this and discovered where the leak was occurring. He brought all the stuff he thought he might be needing (after listening to the customer on the phone first) and went out of his way to find the right refrigerant before coming to the house. Because I am a curious person by nature he took the time to explain everything to me and how to improve the units operation.

+ -1 moreRobert does the maintenance and repairs on my air conditioners. If it can be repaired, he can do it. Robert does not try to sell me a new unit when it is not needed. He is knowledgeable and honest. I have used him for 5 years now.
Description of Work: Robert had repaired one of the two air conditioners that cool our home. It had stopped working completely.
