 + -1 moreFound this provider on another site on 9/16/13. He called me first thing the following morning to discuss what I needed done and an appt. was made for him to come to our home to look at the tile work needed and to provide us with a quote. Appt. was scheduled for the afternoon of 9/19 between. 3-4pm. He never showed up or called to tell us why he missed our appt.
Description of Work: Looking for someone to re-tile our shower floor.

 + -1 moreThe installers showed up erratically and became angry when I asked them to show up on time or to at least advise me as to whether they needed to reschedule. The work took several weeks longer than initially estimated. Many tiles have hollow spots, indicating that not enough thin-set was used. Dealing with this company was very difficult and I cannot recommend them.
Description of Work: They installed porcelain tiles in my 900 sq ft apartment.
