 + -1 moreThey refused to cooperate or even come and look at their work performed.
Description of Work: The gutters were improperly installed from the beginning. Leaks from the beginning and although I called other companies to come and clean my gutters periodically, i did not realize we had warranty with them. In the meantime, since they improperly installed these gutters they have gaps in between the gutter and wall of the home, causing it to rot the wood, and water to leak right through. Upon calling several times without a response, I had to call them again, only to receive a not so welcome reply to my request. The owner made excuse after excuse without coming to even look at the damage, and told me she will not honor her warranty, and will only come to give me a quote to clean out my gutters, which is not what I am asking for. She was rude, and absolutely unpofressional. It would have been nice if they worked with us and met us halfway, but her refusal to even try has prompted me to place this report, along with one at the Better Business Bureau as well.

 + -1 moreThey were super nice and very patient - I took 1 dog last minute to the dog so we had to push back appt and then during the estimate my other dog escaped and he patiently waited for my family to find him. He was very knowledgeable and very detailed in his explanation. The estimate was a little higher than I wanted to pay but that being said I would use him in the future.
Description of Work: I had them provide a free estimate for the installation of 108 feet of gutter and 2 down spouts.

 + -1 morePoor communication from the start getting answering service on most occasions. Poor installation and no adequate response for fix. Have been calling repeatedly and they don't even answer messages anymore. Have filed complaint with Miami-Dade County consumer protection Division.
Description of Work: Installation of new gutters in front and back of house.

 + -1 moreThis company performed poor work. One of the gutters installed does not drain properly and one gutter is nailed improperly. The owner told me she would have it fixed in two weeks. After two weeks had elapsed and the gutter was not fixed and she did not call, I called her. She would not tell me when the gutter would be fixed and when I reminded her that the work was already paid and that I wanted to know when it would be fixed, she was very rude and hung up on me.
Description of Work: This company removed two gutters, replaced them with two new ones, replaced part of a third gutter and installed one new downspout.
