+ 0 moreI called at 2:00pm for service call for my AC. I was told by the tech he would be at my unit in 20 minutes. An hour and half later nothing , so I called to see where they were. I received major attitude and was told he would arrive soon. The tech then showed up at 4pm. He walks in and asked where my breaker was. The AC was not at full cooling potential but still worked. He looked up at the unit and said I must have Ice build up around the unit. He tells me to to turn the unit off and leave fan on and he would be back in "2 hours" to fix it. Hours go by and it's now 7pm. I call and call them and no pick up or response. I then figure they are just an unprofessional joke of a company and schedule new service from someone else to be done the next day. STAY AWAY from these guys. They are a joke.

+ -1 moreThey helped me out when our A/C broke at night. However, it took several trips to fix the problem and they consistently showed up several hours after promised. I'm satisfied with their work, but wasn't happy about them showing up hours after they quoted.
