Description of Work: They were amazing they refinished my floor they are very polite and hard working my floor was a mess and they made it beautiful I can not say one bad thing about them I highly recommend them to anyone they go above and beyond finally someone who takes pride in their work

Description of Work: I own a small art gallery in the design district and contacted Ramone to receive an estimate to refinish the wood parquet floors, which were badly scratched and worn from years of neglect by previous tenants. Ramone responded to my initial request for an estimate immediately and arranged to meet me the following day to provide an estimate. However, he gave me a ballpark figure on the telephone based on the square footage I gave him. Ramone arrived on time for our appointment and was extremely professional and well spoken. He assured me that all of the scratches would come out and he took accurate measurements of the space and informed me that the square footage was in fact less than I had approximated. The final estimate and my final price was based upon the actual square footage. I was very impressed that he had the integrity to alter the initial estimate - by his own choice and that he was honest enough to tell me that my measurement was off! (this I believe is rare in today's world, especially in Miami!). We scheduled the floors to be completed in plenty of time for my opening. Ramone and Adolpho did the work as promised and were punctual, efficient and professional in their work. True to his word, Ramone was able to bring the floors back to their beautiful, natural state - they look fantastic! I highly recommend Red Fine Hardwood floors and will definitely use again in the future if needed.
