+ -1 moreEven with repeated phone calls, they are still dragging their feet. Happy with the spa we bought... but very unhappy with the follow-up service.
Description of Work: We bought a spa; they delivered it promptly, but with a temporary cover. After more than two months - they have still not replaced the temporary cover.
