I received a call 30 seconds after I hit the send button from Mike. He sent out a tech the next day and looked and my system, gave me a quote and was willing to work the bill out with me. This company could have left me in the dead of summer with no a/c but didn't. They went above and beyond the call of duty and for that I'll be forever grateful. I now have their information programmed in my phone so that I can give it to everyone that needs air conditioning work done! You dont find this kind of professionalism in companies anymore as most are too worried about the bottom line and not making customers happy. Not true for this company. They should the utmost respect and courtesy on the phone and on the job. The technician even explained everything he was doing in full detail and worked in the rain on a Saturday. Mike called very soon after posting my need. Said he would put me on the schedule for between 12 and 2 said he had his hands full would call me right back. Never called never showed.

I received a text almost immediately from this company when I did my search for an A/C repair company late at night. Mike was very helpful and sent out a technician first thing in the morning Chris came out to do the repairs. He was very friendly and professional. He did a great job.
