Very knowledgeable technician, well up to date in newer technology. Courteous and professional. Arrived early, which is unseen here in South Florida, where “on time” means maybe a half hour late. Did everything perfectly and explained everything clearly, without missing anything in a complex installation of a new “smart” thermostat that interfaces with our wifi network, Alexa, smartphones, etc. Charged a very reasonable price (lower than my standard A/C contractor whom I’ve been chasing for weeks and never came to do the job). I will continue using this contractor and highly recommend them.

Didn't fix the unit, said they couldn't find the part and probably didn't try to find a substitute. They kept me waiting for over 6 months and I had to keep calling them.

If you unit is 10 years or less, they will file for the warranty. The won’t charge you, and stills file for the warranty. Very honest.

The technician arrived with n 30 minutes to an hour after my initial phone call. Brian was extremely professional, efficient and very knowledgeable of his craft. He had the air conditioning up and running in no time. I also found the price to be very cost-efficient and economical.
