The service from the company's employees was excellent. We had a quote that was less from another company that did the job hourly, but would provide one less mover. We were concerned with them being able to complete the work in the 8 hours they had allotted. Raul's offered a flat rate for about about $100 more, an extra mover, and free use of wardrobe boxes, so we went with them. Great decision. They truck and four movers arrived on time at 8:30. They introduced themselves and asked for a tour of the house before they got started. I appreciated this as they didn't go blindly into the work, instead working out a plan of attack. The four movers were courteous, friendly, and very hard working. They got the boxes moved, furniture disassembled, and truck filled in just over 4 hours. They took very good care of our things, wrapping furniture and tvs, and being careful not to damage anything. The truck arrived timely at our new home. I was supposed to mention to them that the walls on the interior had just been painted, but it slipped my mind. I had no cause to be concerned as they didn't mark any of the walls coming in. Unloading went without a hitch in a little over three hours. They always asked where to place items and reconstructed furniture without any issues. I tipped the movers $40 each and thanked them for their excellent work.

Raul and Andy were super accommodating from start to finish. The new home we purchased was under construction so we had to put our furnishings into their storage facility. The movers took great care to pack our more fragile and high value items. They even put our artwork and computer into an air conditioned area to protect them from the brutal heat. They had our items for several months and periodically called to check on our construction progress. When I decided I couldn't live with out my computer, Raul arranged to the computer to be taken out of storage and brought to the apartment that we were renting. There was nothing spared in customer service. Once we decided to move our items, the house was not ready but we took possession anyway and all of our furniture and boxes were put into our family room. In the meantime, we purchased quite a bit of new furnishings and Raul had it picked up and delivered as well. Once our construction and painting was done, the movers came back and arranged all the furniture in their appropriate rooms, organized the boxes and put together the beds and other items that had been taken apart for the move. One of our marble tables cracked in the corner during the move but Raul took it with him the same day and had it repaired so well that you cannot see where the break occurred. Pretty amazing I must say! My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Rauls moving or to use them again. This is a class act operation that takes out all the stress associated with a move. Thank you Raul and I'm sorry for the delay in posting this review - still working on the house if you can believe it!!!

I had used another moving company when I moved our residence over last summer and expected that company would give me a great deal as a repeat customer as I had to move my office at the end of December 2011. Well, that was not the case, even though they are on Angie's List. I contacted Raul Moving and they not only had a better price, they had a much better price and one I considered reasonable. No problems with move. On time, set up furniture and were quick with 3 men. Most impressive it was New Year's Eve.

See above........honestly, from start to finish, everything went great.........and this is moving we're talking about folks, something that is pretty much inherently horrible, right? I'm telling you, you hire these people and you will pat yourself on the back for having made a smart move.

Very courteous from start to finish. I called to get an estimate and he showed up on time the next day. We set a date for the next week and was told that the truck and 4 men would be there at 8:30 a.m. on scheduled day and they arrived on time. The move went well, nothing was broken or damaged. Very satisfied customer!

They are really good. They were very courteous and professional, and they did an excellent job. I think the price was good considering the amount of furniture and considering that they had to pick it up from two different places.

We unexpectedly sold our condo on Miami Beach very quickly for cash, but the catch was we had to be out in 3 weeks. We inquired at Angie's list and selected 3 companies to get quotes. Raul was by far the easiest to understand, the most flexible and the best price. He understood our situation and suggested we put our furniture in his storage facility until we made a decision on where to live. He gave us a moving price, a monthly price for storage and a delivery price depending on whether is was a house or condo. I inadvertently stored my bicycle which I enjoy. I called Andy at the facility and he said, no problem, and they delivered it to me! They were a real pleasure to deal with.

Shopped 3 different moving companies. All were selected from Angie's list and all were very punctual. I selected Raul's Moving and Storage not only on price but the owner, Raul, actually came to my home and executed the estimate personally. Raul was not only more thorough in his estimate but he made me feel like my furniture and accessories were going to be taken care of like it was his own. Two days before the move, several employees arrived at my house and began packing. Not only were they efficient, but they packed ALL the contents much better than I ever could. Most everything was bubble wrapped, labeled and separated as instructed. There is NO WAY we could have made this move without them. On the day of the move, the same employees returned to the house which suprised me. Over the course of several days, I learned that most of the crew has been working with Raul's Moving and Storage for many years and that Raul does NOT supplement his crew with day laborers that he would find off the streets. Of no fault of Raul's, several questions came up and I was able to access the owner, Raul at any given time via his personal cell phone.. He was always courteous and very willing to help. One day, I learned that some very important papers accidentally became stored in their warehouse and even though it was a holiday weekend, they were willing to meet me on a Saturday morning to help retrieve the paperwork. Finally, 45 days later, I called them again to deliver the final contents to a new residence and the same crew showed up, as helpful as before. Though there were alot of fragile items that were moved, not ONE piece was damaged or broken. This was a very frantic move for my family with unexpected deadlines and confusion but Raul and his crew made a very difficult situation so much easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They were great. Paul came for the house to give a quote. The movers were late (but called to let us know beforehand), when they arrived, they got right to work. They handled everything with care and didn't complain about the move in complication, rain, etc. Very polite.

They're a reliable, professional moving service and I highly recommend this company.

Raul Moving Co is awesome! They showed up early, which is unheard of in Miami. The team of 3 movers that Raul sent to perform our move were very professional and took good care of our furniture moving it from a second story condo in Miami to a home in Broward. They were very efficient and performed beyond expectation.

This company did a great job. They came out to the home and gave us an estimate for both a partial-pack and the move (both of which were reasonable). On the moving day, they arrived early and were friendly and careful - wrapping our furniture in blankets and/or shrink rap. So far, we haven't encountered a single broken or damaged item. Not sure what else to say - but, that's probably a good thing!

It went very well. They even packed our clothes in clothes boxes and hung them up in the closets in the new place. We moved to a 2-story place, so it was more strenuous work. They even helped in suggesting where furniture should be placed.

Great experience overall. The guys showed up on time, were very careful in packaging and moving the furniture and piano. No casualties from the move. They are also very careful in the target house that had marble and hardwood floors

Very complicated move. The company is excellent! They began by showing up for the move 15 minutes early. Proceeded to systematically move my home. The men had great attitudes, were very pleasant, and obviously knew what they were doing. What really impressed me was how they could move the furniture into my new home without making one scratch or ding in the walls. My new home is two stories and has some sharp corners in the stairways. These men moved all of the large pieces of furniture upstairs without making one scratch or ding in the walls. I was also very impressed at how the owner, Raul, showed up at the end of the move to personally make sure that everything went well and I was completely satisfied with their work. I would use this company again. I would also recommend this company without hesitation to all of my friends. Great job, Raul!

The movers are very professional. They take care of things when they are moving. They moved my piano without any problems. I will refer them to my friends.

Three guys came. They picked up the massage table without a problem, then got to my house a little earlier than I expected which was great. I took the guys around the whole house to show them all the items. Some were in my garage, some were downstairs and some were upstairs. They were very efficient, pointing out every item that was damaged to see if I knew about it. One of the guys even told me a piece of wood from a dresser was coming off and did i want him to hammer in a nail to keep it intact. I said, Sure, that would be great. The whole move was quick and professional. They guys were as nice as could be. I met them over to where the furniture was being stored and they had packed all my stuff into a cubicle at my family's business. It all went so smoothly. Raul was in touch with me a few days prior and even the day before. The whole experience was EXCELLENT!!

They were easy to work with from the bid on. They stayed in contact - several times to confirm the move and time. They were on time, professional and managed their time well. There's always some challenges moving - and they did well with little issues that came up. They finished up - and executed per their estimate.

On time, on budget, less than three hours to finish. Terrific!
