+ -1 moreThe gentleman that came out for the initial site visit was very nice. Unfortunately, that is the only positive comment I have about my experience with this organization. The estimate was not only incorrect, but ridiculously exorbitant. When I pointed out the inconsistencies in the estimate, there was no effort made on their part to make any corrections. They did offer to look into less expensive options and get back to me, but never did. Totally unprofessional & improper business practices. I will never recommend them. It was obvious to me that they wanted to take advantage of me. Particularly since they require payment of the tile order in full upon acceptance. BUYER BEWARE!!
