Description of Work: We contacted the roofing company because of a leak by the sliding glass doors in our bedroom. They came and after inspection gave us a quote of $2200. We thought that the quote was high but had faith they would fix the leak. They worked on the roof and gave us a warranty. The next time it rained heavily the water came into the bedroom in exactly the same place. We called them. They came and after an inspection they said that the water came from a different leak and not the one they repaired and thus not covered by the warranty. They further offered to fix the "new" leak for an additional $1800.
